Der Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von einem Jahr. Wenn Sie früher ausziehen möchten, können Sie jemanden finden, der den Vertrag übernimmt (ist ziemlich einfach).
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie benötigen (Geschirr, Geschirrspüler). Die Kaution beträgt 2 Monatsmieten. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von CEU, Lidl, Billa und Eurospar sind gleich um die Ecke.

The room is rented as fully furnished, 440 is an all included price. In total, there are 5 people sharing the appartment, however due to great cleaning schedule it is always clean and tight. It is a students' WG, therefore students or young workers are welcome to rent it.
The contract is 1 year long, if you would like to move out earlier, you can find someone to take over the contract (is fairly easy).
Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need (dishes, dishwasher). The deposit is 2 months of rent. The appartment is close to CEU, there is Lidl, Billa and Eurospar in just around the corner.
