Das Zimmer hat ein Hochbett und ein Fenster auf dem Hofgarten. Ist ein sehr ruhiges und bequemes Zimmer, perfekt für studieren oder chillen geeignet. Wird ohne den Tisch und die Pflanzen gegeben aber für den Rest gibt es keine Ablöse.
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. In 1 Minute zur Fuß ist die 0 Straßenbahn Columbusplatz Station, in 3 anderen Keplerplatz U1 station. Hauptbahnhof ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gleich die erste Gebäude bei einer Sackgasse und zwar vor dem Columbusplatz, wo auch viele Bars und Shops, inkludiert Columbuscenter stattfinden. Also, Lidl Hofer Billa+ Billa und Spar, auch mit den ganzen utility shops sind gleich in der Nähe - nicht mehr als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Nähe zum Stadcenter/Stephansplatz ist 7 Minuten und Karlsplatz ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Ich Tedi 24, und Kaltri 19, sind zwei Brüder aus Tirana, Albanien. Ich bin Musiker und Künstler und studiere seit ein paar Jahren an der Uni Mdw Konzertfach Violine und Kaltri studiert Bauingenieurwesen an der TU. Ich werde außerdem gleichzeitig nächstes Semester Physik an der TU zum studieren anfangen. (Wird spannend).
Wir sind zwei sehr nette Leute die immer was gutes zu tun versuchen. Kaltri war sehr tätig politisch mit soziale Themen in Tirana, durch seiner Rolle als President seiner Gymnasium und junger Mitglied des Rathauses. Er freut sich immer fun und nette Gespräche mit Leuten zu machen und ist sehr chill und ruhig.
Ich bin ein Violinist der auch sehr tätig im Albanien als Musiker war. Bin hier für eine weitere bessere Bildung gekommen und um meine Karriere weiterzuführen. Bin aber auch sehr ambitioniert und will auch etwas weiteres studieren. Ich bin ein open minded person und ich koche auch gern. Ich übe täglich Violine und es wäre wichtig dass du damit kein Problem hast, da es aller wichtigsten für mich ist.
We mainly speak english however at home, so for any student out there or anyone who doesn’t speak german:
I, Tedi 24 and Kaltri 19, are two brothers from Tirana Albania who currently study here in Vienna. I study violin at the university of music and Kaltri studies civil engineering. I will be also studying Physics next semester at the TU as well. My brother is a very fun and chill guy who’s very socially active in his community back home. He was very politically engaged and was the president of his high school and a young member of the city council.
I am an artist at heart who pursued this career because I am passionate and i believe I was meant to follow it. I’m an open minded person who’s always looking for intellectually engaging conversations and the occasional fun and movies and going out with friends. I have to practice in the apartment, sometimes many hours a day, and you should be fine with it, since I have no other way of practicing and it is the most important thing for me to accomplish every day.
