Unsere Küche ist das Herzstück der Wohnung, voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, Backofen, großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, da es sich im 4. Stock befindet (keine Sorge, es gibt einen Aufzug), und bietet einen Blick auf einen grünen Innenhof. Wir haben alle Möbel, die du brauchst: einen Schreibtisch, ein Sofa, ein Bett und Regale. Außerdem gibt es eine Massagedusche und eine separate Badewanne für lange Lernpausen sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner, um Ihre Kleidung frisch zu halten.
Wir befinden uns im lebhaften 10. Bezirk, nur 35 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von der Universität Wien und 20 Minuten von der Oper oder dem Stephansplatz entfernt. Auch die FH Campus Wien ist nicht weit.

Alxingergasse 56/12, starting April 2024, with the possibility to move in as early as March 15. It's a comfy 13 sqm room in a 3-room apartment, and it's all yours for EUR 440 a month, with everything included: electricity, heating, and fast internet. We're asking for a EUR 1,300 deposit, and we're a non-smoking crew.
Our kitchen is the heart of the apartment, fully loaded with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, big fridge, and freezer. The room is super bright, thanks to being on the 4th floor (don't worry, there's an elevator), and overlooks a green courtyard. We've got all the furniture you need: a desk, couch/sofa, bed, and shelves. Plus, there's a massage shower and separate bathtub for those long study breaks, and a washing machine and dryer to keep your threads fresh.
Location-wise, we're in the lively 10th district, just a 35-minute public transport ride to the University of Vienna and 20 minutes from the Opera or Stephansplatz. Close to FH Campus Wien too.

The flat is in a good location in the 10th district, supermakets, restaraunts and public transport closeby, 35 minutes by public transport to the University of Vienna and 20 minutes to the opera or Stephansplatz (all including walking and waiting times), also in the immediate vicinity of the FH Campus Wien.
In der WG wird deutsch und englisch gesprochen. Gemeinsames Kochen und Beisammensitzen im großen Wohnzimmer, in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon wird sehr geschätzt.
