Daniel, Aoi (aus Japan) und ich (Uli) haben ab Mai ein Zimmer in unserer 110m² Dachgeschoss-Maisonette-WG mit 22m² Dachterrasse inkl. Gasgrill, zwei Badezimmern und hochmoderner, teils sprachgesteuerter Einrichtung frei. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich keine 2 Minuten von der Bimhaltestelle Absberggasse. Billa ist 1 Min. entfernt und am Hbf. ist man mit der Bim in 5 Min.
Das Zimmer kann langfristig und kurzfristig (mindestens bis Sommer) vergeben werden. Monatsmiete ist 575,- EUR zzgl. Strom und Internet.

Our apartment is less than 2 minutes from the tram stop Absberggasse. Billa (supermarket) is 1 minute away, you can reach the main station (Hauptbahnhof) in 5 minutes by tram, and the Central European University is also within walking distance.
The room can be rented both long- or short-term (e.g. till summer). Monthly rent is 575,- EUR plus electricity and internet.
