Deine Mitbewohner:innen haben im folgenden Text zwei Fragen "versteckt" :-). Bitte vergiss nicht sie zu beantworten.
Hey du :-)
Bei uns wird demnächst in der WG ein Zimmer frei. Beziehbar ist es ab 1. Mai.
Dss Zimmer ist Teil einer 126m² großen Wohnung und bereits voll möbliert, es ist ca. 11m² groß und natürlich getrennt begehbar. Beide Zimmer sehen sich sehr ähnlich und sind quasi gleich groß. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Hochbett, einen Schreibtisch mit einem kleinen Rollwagen, einen Schreibtischstuhl, ein Regal, einen großen Schrank, einen kleinen Schrank, ... Ich kann dir gerne auch noch weitere Fotos schicken. Auch Decke, Polster und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden.
Gemeinsam genutzt werden können zwei voll eingerichtete Küchen (eine kleine, eine normal große), der Vorraum, zwei Bäder, eines mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine, und eines mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Trockner, ein zusätzliches WC, und ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und Satellitenempfang. In den Küchen gibt es zwei Geschirrspüler, einen große Kühl/Gefrierkombination, einen modernen E-Herd mit Induktionskochfeldern, eine Mikrowelle, eine Mikrowellen/Herdkombination, ein Kaffeevollautomat, eine Espresso Siebträgermaschine...

There will be a room available in our flat soon :-) It is available from May, 1st.
The room is part of a 126m² flat, is fully furnished and approximately 11m² in size (they look almost the same). Each room is equipped with a loft bed, a large wardrobe, a small wardrobe, a storage rack, a desk with a chair and a drawer unit, ... I can send you photos from the room. Also pillow, duvet and linen are available.
You can use two fully equipped kitchens (yes there are two dishwashers! :-) ), two bathrooms (one with a shower, a washing machine and a toilet and a second one with a bathtub, a washing machine and a dryer), a separate toilet and a living room including a TV set with satellite reception.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, ca. 5 Minuten von der Fußgängerzone Favoritenstraße und U1 Keplerplatz entfernt. In etwa 15 Minuten ist man an der TU Wien, in etwa 20 Minuten bei der Uni Wien.

Hey people out there,
We are a group of young and very young people who like to spend time together talking, eating, laughing, knitting, sewing, dancing on the sofa, watching movies all night long (marathons) -> well, all kinds of things that we were able to do during lockdown. As we just met in this constellation last year, we didn’t do many other things together yet :D
Still, we’re looking forward to discovering Vienna’s culture-, party- and event-life :)
Oh and please answer the following question in order to take your application seriously. If you had a goat, how would you name it and why ? What animal would you use to describe yourself? (min. 50 words ;) )
A few words of the flatmates in German:
“We”, that is Rafail (27): ...unser Grillmeister. Bei ihm ist der Sonntag fix als Grilltag eingeplant und dann darf immer kommen, wer mag. Aus unserem ursprünglichen Fleischliebhaber ist allerdings inzwischen ein veganophiler Vegetarier geworden...naja, sagen wir Flexitarier. Rafa ist immer bei jeglicher Art der Unternehmung dabei, raucht gerne mal eine Shisha und ist was Alkohol und vor allem Cocktails angeht immer für Überraschungen gut. Oh … und Lava-cakes
Helena (21): ... macht hier in Wien ein Erasmussemester. Sie studiert Psychologie und liebt es gemeinsam zu Kochen und Filmabende. Da ihr Erasmussemester zu Ende geht, wird Sie uns leider Ende Juni schon wieder verlassen. Statt ihr wird Marta Anfang Juli zu uns stoßen :-). Wir freuen uns schon darauf sie noch besser kennenzulernen.
Sekou (41): … bekommt man selten zu Gesicht, da er sehr oft bei seiner Familie in Deutschland ist und auch viel arbeitet. Wenn man sich mal mit ihm im Gang kreuzt, kann man sich aber sehr gut mit ihm über alles Mögliche unterhalten. Aus der hinteren Küche riecht es außerdem immer zauberhaft und wir spekulieren schon lange darauf, dass er uns irgendwann mal zum Essen einlädt.
Chiraz (22) ... ist aus Frankreich und wird im März zu uns stoßen. Auch sie ist eine Erasmusstudentin und ein wirkliches Sprachentalent. Neben Französisch, spricht sie auch Deutsch, Englisch, Griechisch und Arabisch. Sie ist immer für gute Gespräche oder einen Moviemarathon zu haben. Außerdem liebt sie es zu singen. Da ihr Erasmussemster nun zu Ende geht, wird sie uns leider Ende Juni verlassen. Statt ihr wird Theresa im Juli bei uns einziehen. Wir freuen uns schon auf sie.
Alex (33): ... will Psychologie in Wien studieren und ist ausgebildeter Barista. Wenn du daher Spezialtipps brauchst um deinen Kaffee mit unserer Siebträgermaschine noch besser hinzubekommen, wende dich am besten an ihn :-)
Iuliia (23): ... ist seit Dezember bei uns und hat Geschichte studiert und die Zeit in Wien genossen. Jetzt hat sie ein Stipendium für Budapest bekommen und wird uns leider Ende April schon wieder verlassen.

Im angegebenen Mietpreis sind bereits Kosten für Strom und Gas, Internet, GIS, ... inkludiert. Bei den Energiekosten gibt es einen maximal Betrag der inkludiert ist.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Nichtraucher werden daher bevorzugt.
Wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast schick mir bitte eine Nachricht und sag mir ab wann und wie lange du das Zimmer gerne hättest. Am besten erzähl mir dann auch gleich ein bisschen etwas über dich und wie du dir das WG Leben vorstellst.

In the shown rent the costs for electricity and heating, the Internet, GIS, ... are included. For the energy costs there is a limit in the rental contract.
The flat is a nonsmoker flat. Nonsmokers will be preferred.
