Even in the times of Corona, ban on going out, economic crisis:
We are looking for a new flatmate!!
The room is approx. 10m2, located in the 10th. disrict, rent is 320,80.
Moving in is possible from 1. April on. BUT ITS ALSO POSSIBLE TO MOVE IN ON 1st of MAY or any day between!!!
If you decide to live with us, you will:
Share the upper floor and the bathroom with Mohammed.
He studies Pharmacy, likes playing Football and sports in general. He speaks English and Arabic.
Rest of the flat you will share with him, and Annika and Luisa.
Annika is 22 years old, is studying in the 6th semester at the University of Education and has always a lot to do in this regard. She is interested in art, architecture and various Netflix series. She lives a rather secluded life, but would love to have evening conversations (with wine?).
Luisa just lost all her pedagogic jobs by the corona crisis, and is urgently looking for an alternative. Preferably some agricultural job. In the flat she likes cooking vegetables (mhhm), reading the newspaper and enjoys lazy moments.
In the flat, everybody is doing his/her own things, but this could change if we feel like it.
The rent is 320,80, all costs included. If there is repairs or things that we have to buy in addition, we share the expenses right away.
Kaution is 1200€.Sorry, we cannot change this

Trotz Corona, Ausgangssperre und Wirtschafts-Krise: Wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 m2 groß und kostet € 320,80. Die Wohnung liegt im 10. Bezirk, kurz hinterm Hauptbahnhof.
Einzug ab 1. April möglich. ABER ES IST AUCH MÖGLICH DEN GESAMTEN APRIL ODER AB 1. MAI NOCH EINZUZIEHEN!!!! Die Miete kann somit ab April, ab Mai oder ab jederzeit dazwischen von dir übernommen werden!!!
Wenn du bei uns einziehst, dann:
teilst du das obere Stockwerk und Bad mit Mohammed. Er studiert Pharmazie, mag Fußball spielen und Sport generell. Er spricht Englisch und Arabisch.
Den Rest der Wohnung wirst du mit ihm und Annika und Luisa teilen.
Annika ist 22 Jahre alt, studiert im 6. Semester an der Pädagogischen Hochschule und hat diesbezüglich immer viel zu tun. Sie interessiert sich für Kunst, Architektur und diverse Netflixserien. Sie lebt eher zurückgezogen, ist aber gerne für abendliche Geprächsrunden (mit Wein?) zu haben.
Luisa ist grad durch Corona alle ihre Pädagogik-Jobs losgeworden und versucht nun woanders zu arbeiten. Am liebsten in der Landwirtschaft. In der Wohnung kocht sie gern gutes Gemüse, liest Zeitung und gibt sich genüsslichen Momenten hin.
In der Wohnung kochen wir momentan alle eher unser eigenes Süppchen, aber das kann sich je nach Lust, Laune und Connection auch wieder ändern.
Im Zusammenleben sind uns folgende Dinge wichtig: Verantwortung für Sauberkeit und Ordnung mit-tragen! Ein respektvolles und rücksichtsvolles Miteinander. Gemeinsames WG-Plenum alle 1-4 Wochen, je nach Dringlichkeit. Es wäre gut, wenn du zumindest ein bisschen Englisch oder Arabisch sprichst.
Die Miete für das Zimmer ist 320,80 mit allen Nebenkosten. Falls Reparaturen oder Anschaffungen anfallen, teilen wir uns die zusätzlichen Ausgaben in dem Moment auf.
Die Kaution ist 1200 €. (Sorry, wir können das nicht ändern).
Für ein Kennenlernen ist ein Skype, Jitsi, Whatsapp ... Videoanruf auf Grund von Corona-Vorsichtsmaßnahmen wohl das Beste. Bitte schreib uns etwas über dich, und wann du Zeit für ein Gespräch hast!
