Schönes großes helles WG-Zimmer, Zwischenmiete Juli-September

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang des 10ten Bezirks an der Grenze zum 5. Bezirk und Nähe Hauptbahnhof. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Der 14A fährt praktisch vor der Haustür weg. Ansonsten ist die U1 in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen, sowie der Matzleinsdorferplatz (S-Bahn), und die Straßenbahnen 18, 1, Badnerbahn, ... sind etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
Gleich unter unserer Wohnung befindet sich ein Spar. Ansonsten gibt es auch zwei Hofer, einen Penny und mehrere türkische Supermärkte und Bäckereien in der Nähe.
Das Viertel ist ziemlich spannend, die Leute sind entspannt, es ist viel los in den Parks. Hier findet man wirklich alles zb Kebap um 2Euro :D Gleich hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Waldmüllerpark, in dem es einen Beachvolleyballplatz (gehen wir auch gerne) und mehrere Tischtennistische gibt.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man nur 10 min vom schönen Wienerberg-Naherholungsgebiet entfernt, wo man gut joggen, spazieren, schwimmen etc. gehen kann.
Ebenfalls mit dem Fahrrad braucht man etwa 15 min. zur beliebten Einkaufsstraße Mariahilferstrasse, Neubaugasse, ... und zum Karlsplatz. Das Favoritner Äquivalent ist die Favoritenstraße, die etwa 10 Gehminuten entfern ist, dort findet man auch wirklich alles.

The apartment is located at the beginning of the 10th district on the border with the 5th district and near the main station. The transport connection is very good. The 14A leaves practically at the front door. Otherwise, the U1 is within 10 minutes walking distance, as well as the Matzleinsdorferplatz (S-Bahn), and the streetcars 18, 1, Badnerbahn, ... are about 7 minutes walk away.
Just below our apartment is a Spar. Otherwise, there are also two Hofer, a Penny and several Turkish supermarkets and bakeries nearby.
The neighborhood is quite exciting, the people are relaxed, there is a lot going on in the parks. Here you can really find everything zb Kebap for 2Euro :D Just behind the house is the Waldmüllerpark, where there is a beach volleyball court (we also like to go) and several table tennis tables.
By bike you are only 10 min away from the beautiful Wienerberg recreation area, where you can go jogging, walking, swimming etc. very well.
Also by bike it takes about 15 min to the popular shopping street Mariahilferstrasse, Neubaugasse, ... and to Karlsplatz. The Favoritner equivalent is the Favoritenstraße, which is about 10 minutes walk away, there you can also find really everything.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind Anna (21, Soziologie- und Volkswirtschaft Studentin), Johannes (20, Psychologie Student) und Max (22, Arbeitet bei XXX-Lutz), wobei alle über den Sommer immer wieder mal weg sind.
Super liebe und herzliche Leute. Es wird gerne über Gott und die Welt diskutiert, zusammen gekocht, Filme geschaut (es gibt einen Beamer :D) oder Ausflüge unternommen. Die Küche und das Wohn/Esszimmer werden gerne von allen benutzt, es läuft viel Musik und es sind auch oft Freunde zu Besuch.
Außerdem haben wir einen längeren Flur im Stiegenhaus, den wir annektiert haben und ihn liebevoll unsere "Loggia" nennen. Dort kann man nachmittags in der Sonne sitzen und Kaffee trinken oder eine rauchen.

Your future roommates are Anna (21, sociology and economics student), Johannes (20, psychology student) and Max (22, works at XXX-Lutz), all of whom will be away for the summer.
Super nice and warm people. We like to discuss about God and the world, cook together, watch movies (there is a beamer :D) or go on trips. The kitchen and the living/dining room are gladly used by everyone, there is a lot of music playing and there are also often friends visiting.
We also have a longer hallway in the stairwell that we have annexed and lovingly call our "loggia". There you can sit in the sun in the afternoon and drink coffee or have a smoke.

Das Zimmer wird ab Juli bis maximal Ende September frei. Du kannst dich gerne bei mir melden und entweder für eine Besichtigung vorbei kommen oder mit uns Skypen.
Die Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Badezimmer und ein getrenntes WC, einen geräumigen Eingangsbereich, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit und ein schmales Wohn/Esszimmer.

The apartment has a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet, a spacious entrance area, a kitchen with seating and a narrow living/dining room.
