Das Zimmer ist klein aber sehr nett. Durch das höhe Bett hat man trotz dem kleinen Zimmer noch genügend und angenehmen Lebensraum.
Das Badezimmer is nur leider bei dem Durchgang, es ist aber bis her nie ein Problem gewesen, da niemand stundenlang im Bad sitzt und wir uns einfach vereinbaren können und kommunizieren können :D
Somit befindet sich die Toilette im Vorraum und ist somit vom Bad getrennt ;)
The room is small but very nice. Due to the high bed, you still have enough and pleasant living space despite the small room.
The bathroom is only unfortunately by the passage, but it has never been a problem until now, because no one sits for hours in the bathroom and we can simply agree and communicate :D
Therefore the toilet is in the anteroom so it is separated with the bathroom ;)
Das Gebäude ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt von U1 Reumannplatz. Hofer, Billa, Spar sind in der Nähe und zum Tichy Eis & Schwimmbad ist ebenfalls sehr nah. Stadtwanderweg 7 ist auch ganz in der Nähe, wo man bis Oberlaa sehr nett joggen gehen kann.
The building is only 5 minutes away from U1 Reumannplatz. Hofer, Billa, Spar are nearby and to Tichy ice cream & swimpool is also very close. Stadtwanderweg 7 is also very close, where you can go jogging very nicely to Oberlaa.
Wir haben alle unseren eigenen privaten Raum, aber wir könnten uns auch unterhalten und gelegentlich zusammen etwas essen. Wir haben einen recht flexiblen Putzplan und es funktioniert soweit gut. Wir sind nicht sehr streng dabei, solange sich alle gleichermaßen für die Sauberkeit der WG verantwortlich fühlen :)
Deine Mitbewohnern sind Marta (29) aus Polen ist berüfstätig und Sebastian (25) aus Deutschland ist Student und arbeitet Teilzeit.
We have all our own private space but we could also talk and have some meal together occasionally.
We have a quite flexible cleaning schedule and it works well so far. We are not very strict about it as long as everyone feel equally responsible for keeping the WG clean :)
Your roommates are Marta (29) from Poland is employed and Sebastian (25) from Germany is a student and works part-time.
Wir erwarten ein nette(r) Mitbewohner(in), egal ob Student(in) oder Angestellte(r). Wir freuen uns auf eure Meldung! Wir würden auf sowohl online Besichtigung als auch direkte Besichtigung freuen, wäre aber super wenn du zumindest davor mal negativ Covid getestet worden bist :)
