Die gesamte Wohnung hat 98m^2. Sie liegt im 2. Stock, wurde vor 2 1/2 Jahren saniert. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, WC, Vorzimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Wir haben auch noch ein Kellerabteil.
Dein Zimmer ist 19,15m^2 und hat zwei große Fenster, wovon eines zum Reumannplatz, das andere zum Amalienbad/zur Wielandgasse führt. Die Fenster sind sehr dicht, also bekommt man von der Straße nicht viel mit.
Dein Zimmer ist vom Wohnzimmer aus begehbar. Die andere Tür führt zu einem weiteren Schlafzimmer, ist aber auf der anderen Seite mit einer Holzplatte mit Noppenschaum überdeckt.

The entire apartment is the size of 98m^2. It's situated on the second floor and has been refurbished 2 1/2 years ago. In total there are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, toilet, anteroom and a bathroom with a shower. We also have a cellar department, in which you could store some stuff.
Your room consists of 19,15m^2 and has two windows, one of which opens up into the Reumannplatz, the other into Wielandgasse/Amalienbad. The windows are thick, so you won't notice the adjacent street.
Your room can be entered through the living room. The other door leads to another bedroom, but that one is closed/blocked off.

Man ist natürlich mit der U1 super angebunden, außerdem hat man mehrere Straßenbahn (6,11) und Buslinien (7A,14A, 65A, 66A, 68A,68B) in unmittelbarer Reichweite. Außerdem sind innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten mehrere Supermärkte, Bäcker, Imbisse, Cafés und Drogerien. Der Alfred-Adler Markt, das Amalienbad, sowie der Tichy sind auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is very well connected, especially with the U1 so close by. We also have easy access to multiple trams (6,11) and buses (7A,14A, 65A, 66A, 68A,68B). Furthermore a myriad of supermarkets, bakers, snack and fast food opportunities, coffeeshops and drugstores, as well as the Amalienbad (a swimmingpool), Tichy (ice cream shop) and the Alfred-Adler Markt, are all within walking distance.
Wir sind:
Sander (28): Ex-Student, Filmemacher; überzeugter Kinobesucher; war bis vor kurzem in der Castingredaktion für den ORF tätig; ist für ein Bierchen immer zu haben.
Irene (26): Uni- und FH-Studentin, Königin der VR-Arena, zitiert zu viel aus Filmen, kauft mehr Bücher, als sie liest.
Dies ist keine Zweck-WG: Wir sind große Film- und Serienfans, also sind Filmabende bei uns nicht unüblich. Außerdem freuen wir uns über eine dritte Person für Spieleabende, zu zweit geht das nur sehr schlecht ;)
Wir haben gerne Freunde zu Besuch, gehen ins Kino, machen schlechte Witze, schauen Taskmaster, holen uns ein Eis aus der Umgebung etc.
Es ist trotzdem eine kleine WG, wo es nicht zu laut wird und man sich auch gut zurückziehen und seine Ruhe haben kann.

Sander (28): filmmaker and until recently worked as a casting-editor for the ORF; devoted cinema-goer, fond of a nice pint now and then.
Irene (26): Uni- and FH-student, queen of the VR arena, quotes too many movies, buys more books than she actually reads
We are big fans of movies and series, so movie-nights are a common occurrence. We'd also love to welcome a third person to play board/card games with us, should the opportunity arise ;)
We furthermore love to have friends over, go to the cinema together, make excellent terrible jokes, watch Taskmaster, go on a nearby ice-cream-run etc.
Since this is a three-person flat, it does not get that loud. Should you be in need of peace and quiet, those wishes are always respected.
