Furnished room with 18 m2 with a bed on the top, so it will be 21 m2 in total. One housemate needs to pass through the room to access his room.
In the pictures you see the bed downstairs but you can have the bed upstairs, so you have even more space in the room.
In the apartment you have a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, toiled and bathroom. A washing and a dishwasher machines are also available in the apartment.
The apartment is very well located, close to the main train station and the O tram right around the corner. All the shops are close by, supermarkets, cafes...
The room faces the backyard so no noise is coming from the street. In that backyard you can also store your bike or go to smoke a cigarette.
The 3 housemates are very friendly and always open for a talk. We use to eat together and share food sometimes, but if you don't feel like doing it is also fine.
A cat lives in the apartment, so you must be pet friendly.
