Hi 👋 Aktuell wird bei uns ein WG-Zimmer frei direkt bei der U1 im 10. in der Quellenstraße. Durch die drei Fenster ist das Zimmer immer sehr hell und es ist mit Parkettboden ausgestattet.
Das Dachgeschoss ist mit dem Aufzug stufenlos erreichbar. Es gibt die Küche und ein großes Bad, worin sich ein WC, eine Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken befinden. Das Herz der Wohnung bildet das Wohnzimmer, welches durch eine Flügeltür mit dem Schlafzimmer verbunden ist. Außerdem ist ein weiteres, separates WC vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet: Handtücher, Waschmaschine, WLAN, Klimaanlage, Rolläden, … Solltest Du irgendetwas benötigen stehe ich Dir gern zur Verfügung und kann Dir auch gute Tipps rund um Wien geben. Ich freu mich auf Dich!
Wir befinden uns an einem Knotenpunkt der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Wien, wodurch alles zentral erreichbar ist.
Supermärkte, Restaurants, Einkaufsstraße - alles direkt vor der Haustür. Darüber hinaus ist es im Schlafzimmer angenehm ruhig, da die Fenster auf Seite des Innenhofs liegen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Spar, Bipa & DM ist gleich gegenüber. Eine Straße weiter ist die Favoritenstraße (Fußgängerzone) somit sind Hofer, Billa, Penny, Apotheken und mehrere Ärzte sowie diverse Geschäfte & Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die U1 ist direkt an der Ecke wodurch das Stadtzentrum (Stephansplatz) in 8min erreichbar ist. Zusätzlich gibt es zahlreiche Straßenbahnen & Busse in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis zum Flughafen sind es ca. 30min.

Hi, ich bin erst mal der Johannes! 👋 Ich komme ursprünglich aus Rostock (DE) aber lebe schon seit ca. 3 Jahren in Wien. Ich bin angehender Student und arbeite aktuell. Freizeitmäßig bin ich gern sportlich unterwegs und liebe es zu reisen. Grundsätzlich bin ich ein sehr offener Mensch und für jede Unterhaltung zu haben. Gerne unternehme ich etwas gemeinsam oder lasse den Tag bei einem Glas Wein und angenehmen Gesprächen ausklingen. Es sollte immer eine nette Stimmung Priorität sein. Auch Sauberkeit ist selbstverständlich um ein angenehmes WG-Leben zu haben.

Ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Regal & ein Schrank und ein großes 1.40er Bett mit Laden darunter befinden sich bereits im Zimmer. Auf Wunsch kann das aber natürlich auch rausgenommen werden.
Übrigens gibt es auch eine Option einer Haushälterin die das Zimmer ~1x pro Woche sauber machen würde.

The apartment is located at a public transport hub in Vienna, which means that everything is centrally accessible.
Supermarkets, restaurants, shopping street - everything right on the doorstep. In addition, it is pleasantly quiet in the bedroom because the windows are on the inner courtyard side.

The accommodation:
The attic is accessible by elevator. There is the kitchen and a large bathroom with a toilet, bath and two sinks. The heart of the apartment is the living room, which is connected to the bedroom by a double door. There is also another, separate toilet. Except for the private rooms, the entire apartment is shared.
The apartment is well equipped: towels, washing machine, WiFi, air conditioning, shutters, ... If you need anything, I am at your disposal and can also give you good tips about Vienna.
