It comes with a walk-in wardrobe, and is oriented westward towards a large courtyard. Therefore, in spite of the central and lively area, the room is very quiet. The room is unfurnished.

The quarter has a very vibrant atmosphere, not least due to the vibes emanating from nearby Viktor Adler - market with its hustle and bustle and abundant choice of fresh produce, which lends the whole place a distinctly Mediterranean feel. The block is home to a fabulous, renowned bakery (Groissböck) which offers up a changing variety of delicious, oven-fresh pastries. U1 Reumannplatz underground station is literally directly opposite the house entrance. The matchless transport connectivity of the area is rounded out by nearby 6, 0, 11 and D tramlines as well as countless bus lines. Wien Hauptbahnhof main station is merely 2 underground stops or ten minutes' walking away.
