Hello :) I'm renting my room from the beginning or mid February until the end of August. The room is 14 square meters and it has an extra loft where the bed is (of approx. 7 sqm). The matress is for two people and was just bought two months ago. There is also an extensible couch which can be used as a bed. The room is located between the two other girls' rooms, but the walls are thick enough for it to not be noisy.
From the window you can see the street Hasengasse and a part of the 10th district. There is usually light in the afternoon and not in the morning.
Location is 10 minutes walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and 5 minutes walking distance from Keplerplatz and the farmers' market Viktor Adler, 2 minutes away there is the bus station 14A Erlachplatz which can be used to get to Neubaugasse.
The street is the border between the 5th and the 10th district, so Kliebergasse and Laurenzgasse tram stations are also very close.
Your flatmates will be two girls studying art history in Vienna. They are both very friendly, creative and fun. Alexandra is from Russia and runs the culture magazine Bohema. She spends her time watching movies and engaging in all sorts of artistic projects. Naomi is from Germany and loves reading, traveling and hanging out with her friends. You can often find them in the kitchen for a drink and a good conversation.
The area as well as the company in the WG are very warm and welcoming. There is an additional, unfurnished room which can be also rented if you wanna bring someone with :)
The apartment has all the needed utilities.
