Dein neues Zimmer ist 18qm groß und bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre mit Blick auf eine stillgelegte Gasse. Das Zimmer ist praktisch quadratisch geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz für deine Einrichtung.
Gigi würde gerne das Bett (ohne Matratze) und einige andere Möbel im Zimmer lassen. (Siehe Bilder) Für alles zusammen hätte sie gerne 300€.
Your new room is 18 square meters and offers a tranquil view of a quiet street. The room is practically square and provides plenty of space for all your needs.
Gigi would like to leave the bed (without mattress) and some other furniture in the room. (See pictures). She would like 300€ for everything.
Unsere WG ist nur 10-Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und liegt direkt neben dem neu gebauten und (super schönen) Sonnwendviertel. Bei der U1 Keplerplatz bist du in 5 Minuten. Außerdem fahren noch Bus und Tram in der Nähe, sodass du ziemlich schnell auch ins Zentrum kommst (10min zum Stephansplatz, 25min zum Schottentor/Universität). Mit der U1 kommt man außerdem direkt zum Prater oder zur Donauinsel. Wenn du dir mal kurz die Füße vertreten magst, bist du in wenigen Minuten im Helmut-Zilk-Park. Nur 10-15 Minuten sind Schweizer Garten und Belvedere entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele. Alle möglichen Supermärkte (Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Spar) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, außerdem ein Bio-Laden und genügend Bäckereien. Shoppen gehen kannst du in der Favoritenstraße, wo du auch sämtliche Drogerie Märkte und ein Fitnessstudio findest.

Our shared flat is 10 minutes away from the central station and is located right next to the newly constructed and quite beautiful Sonnwendviertel. We are located 5 minutes walking distance from the U1 - Keplerplatz (red line). Various buses and trams are also reachable within 2-5 minutes, so you can reach the city center within 10 (e.g., Stephansplatz) to 25 minutes (e.g., Schottentor/University). The U1 also conveniently connects you to Prater and the Donauinsel. If you want to stroll around in a park we have the Helmut-Zilk park nearby and you can walk to SchweizerGarten and Schloss Belvedere within 10-15 minutes. There are plenty of grocery stores within walking distance (Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Spar) so you can pick your favourite. Just a short 5 minute walk from the flat you will find a fairly large shopping street where you will find lots of stores (including drug stores such as DM, Bipa, and Müller), some restaurants, and a Fitness studio.

Wir empfinden unsere WG auf jeden Fall auch als unser zu Hause. Wir sitzen gerne zusammen und genießen das gemeinsame Kochen oder die Kochkünste der anderen. Freunde und Family sind immer bei uns willkommen.
Jona arbeitet einige Tage in der Woche von zu Hause und lässt mit ihrer Latin Music viel Wärme in das Haus. Sie vergibt sehr gute Ratschläge und sorgt für unseren Tahin & Erdnussbutter Vorrat.
Livia ist die jüngste von uns. Liebt Taylor Swift, Fotografie und hat das Aufge für die gewissen Ästhetik.
Jess liebt jede Musik Richtung aber genießt guten HipHop. Sie kümmert sich um die Pflanzen in der Wohnung und kocht gerne Suppen und Ofengemüse.
Wir gehen sehr familiär miteinander um und wünschen uns Offenheit, Geselligkeit und eine gute Prise Humor.
Nach einer schönen Zeit, wollen wir alle langsam weiter ziehen. Livia zieht bald mit ihrer Freundin zusammen, Jona möchte bald in ihre eigene Wohnung ziehen und Jess Ende das Jahres neue Pläne schmieden. Das ist deine Gelegenheit auf einen tollen Sommer mit uns und Gestaltung deiner ganz eigenen WG. :-)

Meet Jona (27, Marketing Consultant), Livia (21, Student), and Jessi (26, Master's student). In our flat, we don't just live together; we create a home. We enjoy spending time together, cooking delicious meals, and sharing in each other's culinary "talents". Friends and family are always welcome!
Jona works from home a few days a week, filling our space with the vibrant sounds of Latin music. You can always go to her for a good advice.
Livia, our youngest member, is a die-hard Taylor Swift fan with a passion for photography and an eye for aesthetics.
Jess embraces all music genres, but she's especially fond of good hip-hop and enjoys a good rave. It will never get boring aroung her.
We have a very informal approach and are looking for openness, sociability and a good sense of humor. :)
After a nice time, we all want to slowly move on. Livia is soon moving in with her friend, Jona wants to move into her own apartment soon and Jess is making new plans for the end of the year. This is your opportunity to have a great summer with us and create your very own shared apartment afterwards.
Wir haben uns entschieden alle Interessent*innen erstmal online kennenlernen. Nach einem ersten Kennenlernen kann die Wohnung aber natürlich auch persönlich besichtigt werden :)
