The apartment is located in a central location in 10. District and is excellently connected. Trams are close, only a minute from the apartment. The underground station U1 can be reached either in 10 minutes on foot or within 2 stations by tram. The city centre (Stephansplatz) is just 20 minutes away and the main railway station is also easy to reach.
With regard to educational institutions, the Technical University of Vienna can be reached in about 15-20 minutes, the University of Vienna in 30 minutes, Central European University (CEU) in 10 minutes and the FH campus in 20 minutes.
To the shops, there are various shops that can be reached within 5 minutes. Also the possibility to eat, i.e. various restaurants, are also nearby.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage im 10. Bezirk und ist hervorragend angebunden. Straßenbahnen ist unmittelbarer Nähe, nur eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt. Die U-Bahnstation U1 ist entweder in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar oder innerhalb von 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. Die Innenstadt (Stephansplatz) ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.
In Bezug auf Bildungseinrichtungen ist die Technische Universität Wien in circa 15-20 Minuten erreichbar, die Universität Wien in 30 Minuten, Central European University (CEU) in 10 Minuten und der FH-Campus in 20 Minuten.
Zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, es gibt diverse Geschäfte, die innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar sind. Auch die Möglichkeit zum Essen, sprich verschiedene Restaurants, sind auch in der Nähe.
Who will you live with?
The current inhabitants of the apartment are; Salih, 29 years old, open-minded and contactful. Studying architecture at the TU-Vienna and working as a photographer in the photo studio. Priyank, 26 years old, sleek and reliable, makes PhD at TU Vienna. Since our roommates have already completed their studies/PhD, we are looking for open roommates for whom a purpose-WG is not sufficient.

A friendly fellowship is important, but also the possibility to retreat. It's not supposed to be a purpose WG, it's a home. Local joint ventures are welcome and new acquaintances as well as occasional drinking evenings are often welcome.

Der derzeitige Bewohnern der Wohnung sind; Salih, 29 Jahre alt, aufgeschlossen und kontaktfreudig. Studiert Architektur an der TU-Wien und arbeitet nebenbei als Fotograf im Fotostudio. Priyank, 26 Jahre alt, gesellig und zuverlässig, macht PhD an der TU-Wien. Da unsere Mitbewohner bereits sein Studium/PhD abgeschlossen hat, suchen wir offene Mitbewohner/in, für die eine Zweck-WG nicht ausreichend ist.

Ein freundliches Miteinander ist wichtig, aber auch die Möglichkeit zum Rückzug. Es soll keine Zweck-WG sein, sondern ein Zuhause. Gelegentliche gemeinsame Unternehmungen sind willkommen und auch neue Bekanntschaften sowie gelegentliche Trinkabende sind manches Mal gern erwünscht.
