Die Wohnung ist bereits möbeliert.
Schlafzimmer ist derzeit noch Stauraum, würde aber bei einzug geleert werden.
Das kleine Schlafzimmer ist eingerichtet mit einem offenen Kleiderschrank (an die Wand montiert), einem Schreib/ Schminktisch sowie einem Bett. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf der Seite des Stiegenhauses und deshalb recht dunkel.
Es befindet sich neben der Küche. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem großen neuen Kühlschrank sowie einem neuen Geschirrspüler und relativ neuem Backofen und Herd, es gibt auch eine Mikrowelle.
Der Boden im Wohnzimmer wird gerade neu geschliffen und versiegelt. Das Wohnzimmer ist für die gemeinsame Nutzung gedacht und ist auch mit einem Klavier (recht alt) ausgestattet.
Es gibt im Abstellzimmer eine Waschmaschine und die Wäsche kann auf dem Dachboden des Gebäudes aufgehängt werden.

The apartment is fully furnished.
The room is currently being used as storage but will be emptied once a roommate is found.
The small bedroom is furnished with an open closet fixed to the wall, as well as a small desk and a bed. The bedroom faces the hallway of the building so it is pretty dark.
The room is next to the kitchen. The kitchen has a new and big fridge, a new dishwasher, a relatively new oven, stove, and microwave.
The floors in the living room are currently being renewed. The living room will function as a shared space and even has a (rather old) piano.
The washing machine is in the storage room and wet clothes can be hung up in the attic of the building.

I find it important to keep communal spaces clean
I spent a lot of time at uni but as the summer is close I will probably spend more time at home.
I like sitting in the living room but when someone has guests over I leave the living room to them.
Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein aber dafür sind die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Küche und Wohnzimmer sehr geräumig. 10€ für Internet. An wärmeren Tagen wird die Wohnung recht warm, deshalb halte ich die Fenster die meiste Zeit offen.

The room is rather small but the shared rooms such as the kitchen and living room are rather spacious. 10€ for Wifi. On hotter days the apartment can heat up quite a bit so I usually keep the window open.
