Ich werde die paar Monate über den Sommer nicht in Wien verbringen und suche daher eine*n Untemieter*in für mein möbeliertes Zimmer. Es schaut mittlerweile ein wenig anders aus, weil ich es umgestellt habe. Bei Interesse kann ich natürlich bilder senden. Die Wohnung hat 84m^2 und besteht aus einer Wohnküche einem kleinen aber feinen Badezimmer, einem getrennten WC, einem kleinen Abstellraum und den drei separat begehbaren Zimmern.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler.
Das Zimmer schaut in Richtung Innenhof und ist südseitig ausgerichtet - dementsprechend sehr hell. Es wird möbeliert vermietet.
Die Küche wurde neu eingebaut bevor wir eingezogen sind und generell ist die Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand.
I am looking for somebody to rent my fully furnished room in a shared apartment for 3 people, as I won’t be in Vienna for the summer months. The room will be available from July until September. It’s a 16m^2 big, very bright and quiet room, looking in the direction of a courtyard. I changed the arrangement of the furniture so the room looks a little bit different now. If you are interested i can send you pictures.
Our apartment has everything needed for daily life: washingmachine, dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet separate from the bathroom and a little storage room. The apartment in total has 84m^2.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Meidlinger Hauptstraße. Auf dieser findet man alles, was man so fürs tägliche Leben braucht: Billa, Interspar, Lidl, Hofer, Bank, Apotheke, DM, Bipa, Trafik usw... alles in unter 5 Minuten Gehweg zu erreichen. Öffentlich ist die Wohnung an die U6 Stationen Niederhofstraße (5 min) und Bahnhof Meidling (7 min) und an die U4 Station Meidlinger Hauptstraße (10 min) angebunden. Schönbrunn ist ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The apartment is situated next to the Meidlinger Hauptstraße, therefore you have a lot of options concerning grocery shopping in less than 5 minutes by foot. There is also a tobacco store and drugstores very close by. The subway (U6) is 5 minutes away or you can also take the U4, which is about 10 minutes of a walk. The Trainstation Meidling, where the S-Bahn leaves, is also only 7 minutes away.
Laura und Gregor, meine zwei Mitbewohner*innen, sind beide Student*innen und dementsprechend viel unterwegs und auf der Uni. In der Wohnung ist es untertags deshalb ruhig, abends trifft man sich am Küchentisch für nette Gespräche, manchmal genießt man aber auch einen ruhigen Abend im Zimmer. Laura schätzt einen sauberen Umgang mit der Wohnung, und Gregor ist eher der Chaot unter uns. Da Gregor im Sommer auch recht viel unterwegs ist besteht die Möglichkeit, dass sein Zimmer auch untervermietet wird.
Since we are all students, my flatmates are usually out of the apartment during the day. In the evenings we meet up in the kitchen to have a nice talk or we enjoy a quiet evening in our rooms. Laura appreciates a clean apartment, while Gregor is more the chaotic one in our Apartment. Since Gregor is also away a lot during summer it is possible that he will rent out his apartment too.
