Das Zimmer ist ca. 15-17 qm groß.
Es gibt 2 Waschmaschinen und 1 Trockner im Keller. 2 Euro für die Waschmaschine und 3 Euro für den Trockner. auch ein sehr kleiner Abstellraum, weiterhin stehen eine Geschirrspülmaschine sowie ein kleiner Kühlschrank und Backofen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Die Miete beträgt 440 € pro Monat, alles außer Strom ist inbegriffen. Im Moment kostet Strom alle zwei Monate 45 €, die durch zwei geteilt werden. Da es auf meinen Namen läuft, musst du mir den Strom bezahlen. Im Winter, wenn wir mehr als üblich verbrauchen, müssen die Heizkosten auch extra an den Eigentümer gezahlt werden.

The room is about 15-17 square meters.
There are 2 washing machines and 1 dryer in the basement. 2 euros for the washing machine and 3 euros for the dryer. also a very small storage room, furthermore there is a dishwasher and a small fridge and oven for shared use.

Ich lebe seit eineinhalb Jahren in der Wohnung und die Hausverwaltung sucht einen neuen Mieter für das nächste Zimmer.
Ich bin 33 Jahre alt, männlich, aus dem Nahen Osten, unkompliziert, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die WG ist eine MALE ONLY WG. Das ist absolut keine Party-WG oder typische Wochenend-Freundes-Treffen-WG, ich arbeite meistens an Wochenenden und unter der Woche bin ich zu Hause.
Wichtig ist, dass die Zimmer durch eine sehr dünne Zwischenwand getrennt sind, also 2 Zimmer nebeneinander liegen und dadurch der Lärm gut zu hören ist, ein relativ ruhiger Mitbewohner ist also wünschenswert.
Der Eigentümer und die Hausverwaltung legen großen Wert auf die Hygiene der Wohnung, deshalb sollten künftige Mieter gewisse Putzgewohnheiten haben und diese auch gerne jede Woche oder jede 2 woche durchführen.

Shared apartment type
Everything is run by the property management of https://www.die-wg.at.
I have been living in the apartment for a year and a half and the property management is looking for a new tenant for the next room. I am 33 years old, male, from the Middle East (Iran), uncomplicated, very clean and quiet. The shared flat is a MEN ONLY flat. This is absolutely not a party flat or a typical weekend friends meeting flat, I mostly work on weekends and am at home during the week.
In my free time I do martial arts or research finances online and soon I have to prepare for a few German exams. I am not very talkactive and I am a very private person. I know that we can live together without any problems with mutual respect, politeness and respect eachother privacy and space, the rest is irrelevant to me.
The owner and the property management attach great importance to the hygiene of the apartment, so future tenants should have certain cleaning habits and be willing to do it every week or every 2 weeks (the flat is pretty small, it took me like 20 minutes to clean it).
NOTE: It is IMPORTANT to know that the rooms are separated by a very thin partition wall (real wall), so 2 rooms are next to each other and the noise can be heard easily, so a relatively quiet flatmate is desirable.
