Willkommen in unserer kleinen familiären Stadtoase in Meidling ^.^ Gemeinsames Wohnen, Arbeiten, Gestalten
Unsere Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, einen richtig tollen Balkon mit Blick in unseren grünen Hof und einen riesigen Schrank im Vorraum, wo genug Platz für Kleidung &Co ist! Ausserdem gibt‘s ein kleines Abstellkammerl und einen gemeinsamen Co-Working Space im EG. Uuuund: einen wunderschönen grünen Innenhof mit Hochbeeten, die wir gemeinsam mit unserem Nachbar bewirtschaften.

This is a 2 bedroom apartment with a nice daylight bathroom with a bathtub, a big kitchen/living room area and a beautiful balcony with a backyard view. Downstairs there‘s a small storeroom and a huge co-working space. And then last but not least: Our green backyard oasis with plenty of space to grow vegetables.
Die Wohnung liegt eine (oder zwei) Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station Längenfeldgasse. Die Anbindung ist genial. U4, U6, 12A, 59A, 63A, 67A und der Wiental-Radweg sind vor der Nase. Billa, Dm, Bipa, Penny, Hofer, Se&Pas, Apotheke, Bankomat sind ein paar Schritte entfernt. Der Meidlinger Markt, Interspar, Basic sowie die Meidlinger Hauptstraße (Einkaufsstraße) sind etwa 8 -10 Gehminuten entfernt. Geht kaum besser, ich liebe Meidling! Wenn du‘s nicht schon tust, wirst du‘s auch lieben.

This location couldn‘t be better. We are 1 minute away from the subway station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse. There‘s also busstations close by: 12A, 59A, 63A, 57A as well as the Wiental-bikeway. We have a handful of supermarkets, drugstores, a pharmacy, a market and a whole shopping street in walking distance. I love this district and I think you‘ll love it too!
Leben, Arbeiten und Anpflanzen:
Dieses Haus ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Hier leben mit uns nur 3 Parteien zusammen. Wir kennen einander und teilen uns den wunderschönen grünen Innenhof. Da bewirtschaften wir gemeinsam die Hochbeete und kümmern uns um die Vögel, die hier leben und brüten. Zu unserer Wohnung gehört eine große ehemalige Tischlerei, in der wir gemeinsam arbeiten können. Idealerweise suchst du also auch einen Arbeitsplatz. Als Office, Atelier, Lager. Hier kann man sich auf 90m2 austoben!
Ich suche nach einer Person, die hier gut reinpasst, gerne gemeinschaftlich lebt und gestaltet, sich gern austauscht und hier wohlfühlt. Und frischen Wind mit reinbringt!

This house is pretty special. It‘s a small cosy place with only 3 units. We share the beautiful backyard and take care of our plants and birds that live and breed here. We know and trust each other. And we‘d like someone to move in who wants to live and create together. We have a big former workshop where we can work together. Ideally you are searching for an office space as well or you‘re an artist, creator who needs a studio space!
I‘m really looking forward for someone to move in and bring some fresh energy.
