WG-Zimmer in 3er WG (unbefristet) / Shared room in 3-person flat share

Die WG hat eine Top-Lage. Man braucht zu Fuß nur 1min zu der Haltestelle Marx-Meidlinger-Straße, wo die Straßenbahnen 62 und die Badnerbahn halten. Die Haltestelle Nussdorferstraße (U6) erreicht man zu Fuß in 7 min und bis zu der Haltestelle Längenfeldgasse (U6&U4) benötigt man 10 min zu Fuß. Auch der Bahnhof Meidling ist in 5 min mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen (direkte Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und Flughafen).

English: The flat share has a great location. It takes only 1 min to walk to the stop Marx-Meidlinger-Straße, where the tram 62 and the Badnerbahn stop. The stop Nussdorferstraße (U6) can be reached on foot in 7 min and in order to get the stop Längenfeldgasse (U6&U4) you need 10 min on foot. Also the station Bahnhof Meidling can be reached in 5 min by tram (direct connection to Hauptbahnhof and the airport).

Du würdest mit uns, Leni (23) und Pavle (25) zusammenwohnen. Leni studiert Mediendesign und ist gerade erst in die WG und nach Wien aus Köln umgezogen. Pavle studiert VFX Design und wohnt bereits seit 2 Jahren in der WG. Wir würden uns als sehr offen und gesellig beschreiben und würden uns daher sehr über eine Mitbewohner*in freuen, die auch gerne mal einen Spiele, TV- oder Kochabend mit uns startet. Die meiste Zeit sprechen wir Englisch und haben aber kein Problem damit, ins Deutsche zu wechseln.

Wir haben einen Putzplan in der WG, sodass jede Person einmal pro Woche einen Gemeinschaftsbereich (Küche, Bad, Flur bzw. die Böden) aufräumt und sauber macht. Das funktioniert für uns sehr gut, wir sind jedoch auch für andere Vorschläge offen.

English: You would live with us, Leni (23) and Pavle (25). Leni studies Media Design and just moved to the WG and Vienna from Cologne. Pavle is studying VFX Design and has been living in the WG for 2 years already. We would describe ourselves as very open and sociable and would therefore be very happy to have a roommate who also likes to start a games, TV or cooking evening with us sometimes. Most of the time we speak English, but have no issue switching to German.

We have a cleaning plan in the shared flat, so that each person cleans a common area (kitchen, bathroom or the floors) once a week. This works very well for us, but we are open to other suggestions.

Das Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert. Das Sofa, das Buchregal, ein kleiner schwarzer Couch-Tisch und eine weiße Kleiderstange kann kostenlos übernommen werden (siehe Fotos in der Anzeige). Sollte nicht alles übernommen wollen werden, können wir das bei Absprache sicher auch noch regeln! Außerdem hat das Zimmer einen Einbauschrank.

English: The room is partially furnished. The couch, the bookshelf, the small black couch table and the white hanging rack can be taken over free of charge (see photos in the ad). If you do not want to take over the furniture, we can arrange that too. In addition, the room has a built-in wardrobe.
