The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (one roommate per bedroom), a kitchen, and a bathroom (combined with the toilet).
This particular room is approximately 13sqm big, and it is already furnished with a high-bed 160x200 (including mattress), bookshelf, computer table, computer chair (the gray one from the photo goes with me, the black one stays), vintage chair and the leg holder. Apart from that, I have also added a sofa (which can be opened) as can be seen in the last photo, a rollo (window blind) and a wardrobe that has a polyester cover (IKEA Vuku older model), on which the zipper unfortunately broke, but I'm sure it can be fixed. These three I leave in the room without any extra cost.
The Ablöse of 160 EUR that I indicated above is actually for a new fridge that is yet to be delivered (should be at the apartment very soon). You would be paying it basically to the roommates that are already in the apartment.
Everything apart from the WiFi is included in the 329 EUR rent. WiFi is 12.50 EUR per month.
The location is very good. U-Bahns U4 (Meidlinger-Gürtel & Längenfeldgasse) and U6 (Längenfeldgasse) are walking distance. So are the trams 6 and 18. Because of this, you can easily reach East towards the city center, North towards the Gürtel, and South towards Hauptbahnhof. Public transport is one of the highlights of this location.
When it comes to shopping - similar situation. Right around the corner there is a Billa store, Hofer and Penny are both 5 minutes on foot, and EUROSPAR is slighly more than 5 minutes. Approximately 5 minutes to BIPA and DM as well. Apart from that, there are also many Kebab stores and interesting restaurants and coffee shops in the area.
The other two roommates are 28 and 29 year old girls, one of which is working and the other one is a student. Apart from the friendly chat in the kitchen, we do not spend too much time together, as we are all busy until well into the evening. Therefore, the apartment is pretty calm and cozy, and that is the vibe that we all appreciate.
A very important point of our WG life is the weekly cleaning plan. Each person cleans either the kitchen, the bathroom or the hallway on a weekly basis, and it functions very well, so we are looking for someone that would definitely stick to the plan and be responsible when it comes to that.
Btw - smoking is allowed only in the kitchen.
When it comes to the move-in date - 16th of August would be perfect, as I am moving out on the 15th. However, as I will be on vacation from the 03.08 - 13.08, the apartment viewing will only be possible until the end of the day 02.08 or after that on the 14.08. Also - outside of the working hours, so starting 18:30 and onward (weekends more or less the whole day). Same thing goes for the video tour.
It would be great if you could send me a message in which you would include several paragraphs about yourself, and I will reach out to you regarding the apartment viewing time. Any questions that you might have will be answered during the apartment viewing.
