Hello! I am leaving Austria for field research in Central Asia and looking somebody, who would like to rent my 10 m² room for time period between 10 September and 31 October 2023.
The room has wide high bed with 2 matrasses, separate wardrobe, big table, 2 chairs and lots of shelves. The room's window comes to inner yard, so it is a little bit darker than normally. Of course there are also kitchen with dishwasher and big table; bathroom and separate toilet in the flat.
Our WG is located in 12 Bezirk on a very nice and quiet street with lots of trees and benches. Bahnhof and U6 Meidling in 5 Minutes by foot. There is bus and tramway station right in front of the house, with connections to U6, U4 and Strassenbahn 62. In 15 Minutes by foot you can reach Schönbrunn and Wienerberg green zone.
We are 3 person WG, all in our 30's, studying and working. You will be sharing the flat with 2 girls from Austria and Germany - Marina, our main renter and Lara. They are often out of Vienna. And they are friendly, quiet, tidy people. Same we expect from you :)
The monthly rent is 300€ (all costs are included) and we ask for deposit of 300€ .
You can come to look at the room starting from next Monday, 28 August.
But first, please write few words about yourself.
