Da meine Mitbewohnerin im Februar auszieht suche ich nach einer Nachmieterin :)
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern sowie Küche, Vorraum, Baderaum (mit Dusche und Badewanne) und 2 WC’s. Die Zimmer sind alle einzeln zugänglich, wobei das Zimmer in der Mitte als Wohnzimmer von uns Beiden benutzt wird.
Von der Anbindung her liegt die Wohnung direkt- also 1 Minute- neben der U-Station Längenfeldgasse (U4/U6) und dem Bus 12A, also Grenze vom 12. zum 15. und 5. Bezirk.
Ich heiße Elena und studiere derzeit Biomedizinische Analytik an der FH Campus Wien und werde dieses Jahr um Juli fertig. Danach werde ich entweder weiterstudieren oder Arbeiten gehen, bin noch ein wenig unentschlossen.
Ich suche jemanden mit dem man nett reden kann, aber auch jeder seine Privatsphäre haben kann.
Zudem finde ich, dass eine gute Kommunikation und ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander sehr wichtig im Zusammenleben ist und das Unstimmigkeiten am besten direkt bequatscht werden. 💌
