Hi folks,

For rent is a 118 square foot room in my 750 square foot, 2 bedroom apartment in the 12th. High ceilings and everything - it's even got a fireplace and those fancy floorboards. There are some trams nearby and a grocery store around the corner (you can see it when you look out the window). The room currently has a pretty massive walk-in closet, which you're welcome to keep, but it does about halve the usable space and I am happy to take it down if so desired. The entire apartment is furnished but this room is not!

I'm originally from Ohio and am currently doing my master's degree plus working on the side. I'm looking for a roommate who's friendly, open to socialize, a good communicator, and clean. I'm flexible and relaxed - if you are too, then there's a good chance we'll be good buds.

Sehr geehrte Menschen der Stadt Wien,

ich habe hier zur Verfügung ein Zimmer in meiner 3 Zimmer, 70 Quadratmeter Altbauwohnung in Meidling. Gleich bei der Badnerbahn, sowie die Linien 6 und 18, die diversen Teile der Stadt sind super erreichbar. Eurospar ist gleich um die Ecke. Das jetzige Zimmer hat einen großen Einbaukasten, den ich gerne ausbauen kann wenn der nicht erwünscht sei. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, jedoch das angebotene Zimmer nicht!

Ich studiere und arbeite derzeit, und komm ursprünglich aus den USA. Ich bin gerne unter menschen und suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in der/die auch so ist. Wenn du freundlich bist, gut kommunizierst, und sauber bist dann gibt's eine gute Chance dass wir gut zusammen wohnen können.
