The room is approximately 12m2 and is very quiet because it faces a secondary street. It is mostly unfurnished, there is a small shelf for books on the wall as well as a bigger shelf on the wall, that can be taken over without any extra costs or removed in advance. The room is quite bright and will be freshly painted before anyone moves in, the floor is parquet.

A washing machine is available, the kitchen is fully equipped and it has a dishwasher a fridge with freezer, an oven, and plenty of space to store food. The bathroom has a bathtub and 2 sinks. The toilet is right next to it, in a separate small room.

The apartment has a small storage room on the staircase, as well as a bigger cellar. There is also an internal bike parking.

The apartment is very well situated, the U4 station of Meidling HauptStrasse is 10 minutes away walking downhill, the U6 station of Meidling Bhf is about 7 minutes walking. Plus all the buses 7A, 10, 62, 63 ... and we're 15 minutes walking from Schoenbrunn.

There's 3 Billa within 500m from the house, as well as Lidl, Spar, Bipa, dm etc. 5 minutes away in Meidlinger Hauptstrasse.

Sasi is from Thailand, Jovana is from Serbia, and Anillo is from Turkey. We speak English in the house but some of us can also speak German.

We are looking for someone tidy, responsible, friendly and easygoing who will enjoy living in a shared apartment.

The move-in date is flexible between May 15th and June 1st, and can be discussed.
