Hello, nice to meet you!
We are renting a room in our apartment starting on July 1st, 2024. The rent is 480 (everything included), and the deposit is 1100, which includes everything that you see in the pictures (bed, closet, desk, sofa, mirror).
The apartment is located in a very convenient area, close to the U4 and U6 subway stations. Also, the Margaretengurtel tram station is very close. The closest supermarkets are Billa, Hoffer, Lidl, and Penny. We also have a dm and bipa at just a few steps of distance.
The apartment has 3 members:
Yohi (30 years old) from Austria and currently studying and working as an engineer.
Mariaa (21 years old) from Ukraine and currently studying a master's degree in economics.
Rabia (30 years old) from Pakistan and currently studying a master's degree in nationalism studies.
The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking, including coffee machine, microwave, utensils, stove, oven and pans. Also, we have washing machine and dishwasher.
We appreciate a calm environment, great for studying and working. We have a cleaning schedule that it is important to follow. Each member has tasks. However, we are flexible if you have exams or busy weeks.
