Kleines aber funktionales, voll möbliertes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer geht Richtung Nordwesten, hat also nur im Sommer direkte Sonne, es ist aber durch die großen Fenster hell und wird nicht heiß. Es gibt einen Einbaukasten und ein Bett mit Laden, also viel Stauraum. Derzeit steht ein Sessel im Zimmer, es kann aber bei Bedarf auch ein Schreibtisch ins Zimmer kommen. Highlight ist der kleine Balkon, der in den grünen, ruhigen Innenhof geht.
Es gibt keine Ablöse für die Möbel.

Small but functional, fully furnished room with balcony. The room faces northwest, so it only has direct sun in the summer, but it is bright due to the large windows and does not get hot. There is a built-in wardrobe and a bed with a drawer, so plenty of storage space. There is currently an armchair in the room, but a desk can be added if needed. The highlight is the small balcony that faces the green, quiet courtyard.
There is no deposit for the furniture.
Die Wohnung liegt in Meidling, wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, perfekt für Pendler/innen. Die Badnerbahn und Straßenbahn 62 sind in 3 min zu erreichen, damit ist man in 15 min bei der Oper. U6 und U4 (Längenfeldgasse) sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Sonst gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Meidlinger Hauptstraßte usw. Man ist auch mit dem Rad schnell in der Mariahilfer oder Innenstadt (ca 15 min)
The flat is located in Meidling, a few minutes walk from the train station, perfect for commuters. The Badnerbahn and tram 62 are 3 minutes away, so you can reach the opera in 15 minutes. U6 and U4 (Längenfeldgasse) are also within walking distance. Otherwise, there are many shopping facilities nearby, Meidlinger Hauptstraße, etc. You can also get to Mariahilfer or the city centre quickly by bike (approx. 15 min).
Ich lebe seit 4 Jahren in dieser Wohnung, jetzt auch gemeinsam mit meinem Hund (schwarzer Mischling, ca 10kg. Fotos aus Nachfrage) und habe Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Formen des Zusammenlebens: Zweck-WG, sehr enges Zusammenleben oder ein Mix aus allem. Ich arbeite unter der Woche, koche abends gerne, mache Yoga, geh was trinken oder manchmal auch nicht. Am Wochenende bin ich oft unterwegs, wandern oder Freunde treffen. Ich würde mir jemanden wünschen, der/die einen ähnlichen Rhythmus hat und offen über seine/ihre Bedürfnisse reden kann. Alles weitere kann man sich ausmachen. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche, die wir gemeinsam nutzen werden. Die Zimmer sind jeweils eher klein. Man kann sich gut zurückziehen oder aber gemeinsam kochen, essen, tratschen etc.
I have been living in this flat for 4 years, for two year also together with my dog (black mongrel, approx. 10kg. Photos on demand) and have experience with different forms of living together: purpose-built flat-sharing, very close living together or a mix of all. I work during the week, like to cook in the evenings, do yoga, go for a drink or sometimes not. At weekends I am often out and about, hiking or meeting friends. I would like someone who has a similar rhythm and can talk openly about his/her needs. Everything else can be worked out. The flat has a large living room with kitchen, which we will share. The rooms are each rather small. It is easy to withdraw or to cook, eat, gossip, etc. together. English speakers are welcome!
Das Zimmer ist sehr kurzfristig zu haben und nur bis März 2023 frei, also optimal für jemanden, der nur kurz in Wien ist oder übergangsmäßig ein Zimmer braucht.
