Das Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß, hell (1 großes Fenster), mit dunklem Laminatboden und ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Es ist getrennt begehbar (kein Durchgangszimmer). Es wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Unsere WG hat 3 seperate (Wohn)Zimmer.
Bad (mit Badewanne) & WC sind getrennt begehbar, an der Küche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Gasherd m. Ofen) befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner Balkon. Mit dabei ist auch noch ein kleiner Abstellraum. Im Keller kann man sein Fahrrad abstellen, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine + Trockner ist auch vorhanden.
Miete inkl. Strom, Wasser, Gas, Highspeed Breitband Internet sind 330€.

The room is 20 m2, light (1 large window), with laminate flooring and is in very good condition. It is separately accessible from the hallway. It will be handed over unfurnished.
Our shared flat has 3 (living) rooms.
Bathroom (with bath) and WC are separately walk-in, kitchen (fridge with freezer, gas cooker with oven) and also a balcony. Also included is a small storage room. In the basement you can park your bike, laundry room with washer + dryer is also available.
Rent incl. electricity, water, gas, highspeed broadband internet are 330€.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt bei der U-Bahnstation U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (ca. 1 Minute von Wohnungstür bis U-Bahn)und ist in einfacher Gehdistanz zu Hofer, Billa, BIPA etc. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, es gibt aber einen Lift. Die Nachbarn sind recht unterschiedlich. Wir haben jüngere Studierende, aber auch einige ältere berufstätige Personen und Familien. Es gab noch nie wirkliche Probleme, es gelangen nur wenige Geräusche durch die Wände.

The apartment is located directly at the station U4 / U6 Längenfeldgasse (about 1 minute from the apartment door to subway) and is within easy walking distance to Hofer, Billa, BIPA etc. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. We have different kinds of neighbours. There are younger students, but also some older working people and families. There have never been any real problems, not many noises make it through the walls.

wir suchen in unserer netten 4er WG ab Mitte März einen neuen Mitbewohner/ eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Hier mal die Key Facts: 20 Quadratmeter, super nette internationale berufstätige Mitbewohner*innen, kleiner Balkon, Neubau, ziemlich günstig, ziemlich gute Öffi Anbindung.

Stefanos (20) kommt aus Griechenland und ist derzeit ein Bachelor Student , der an der Uni Mathematik studiert. Neben dem täglichen Alltagsstress , spielt er gerne Basketball bzw. trifft er sich mit seinen Freunden.
Anna und Elson teilen sich ein Zimmer. Anna (32) ist Opernsängerin und Life Coach und gebürtige Australierin (spricht gutes deutsch und englisch). Sie liebt Natur, Musik und Psychologie und trinkt gern Tee. Ihre Gesangskünste sind hin und wieder zu hören, wenn sie sich für einen Auftritt aufwärmt. Elson (35) ist auch Opernsänger und kommt aus Albanien. Er lernt gerade deutsch und spricht gutes englisch. Seine Gesangskünste sind auch ab und zu zu hören wenn er für einen Auftritt vorbereitet.
Wir drei sind sehr unkompliziert und offen. Persönliche Privatsphäre wird zwar hochgehalten, wir wollen aber definitiv mehr als nur in der gemeinsamen Wohnung wohnen. Eine angenehme Atmosphäre ist uns sehr wichtig. Das betrifft einerseits die Wohnung als sauberen Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt, andererseits ein angenehmes, lockeres Miteinander.
Alltägliche WG-Aufgaben teilen wir uns auf. Wir haben einen Putzplan, bestehend aus den Feldern Küche, Böden und WC & Bad, wobei sich jeder wöchentlich einem Feld annimmt. Putzzubehör und Klopapier wird aus der gemeinsamen WG-Kasse bezahlt.

Steve (20) comes from Greece and is currently studying Maths at University . In his free-time he plays basketball, meets up with his friends.
Anna and Elson share a room. Anna (32) is an opera singer and Life Coach and native Australian (speaks good German and English). She loves nature, music, psychology and drinking tea and watching Netflix. Her singing skills can be heard every now and then when she warms up for a concert. Elson (34) is also an opera singer and comes from Albania. He is currently learning German and speaks good English. His singing skills can likewise be heard from time to time when he is warming up or preparing for a gig.
We are very straightforward and open. Although personal privacy is upheld, we definitely want to do more than just live in the same apartment. A pleasant atmosphere is very important to us all. This concerns the apartment as a clean and welcoming place where you feel comfortable with also a pleasant, relaxed togetherness.
We divide up everyday WG tasks. We have a cleaning plan, consisting of the fields kitchen, floors and toilet & bath, whereby each week another person takes another field. Cleaning accessories and toilet paper are paid from the common WG-Kasse.
Die Miete ( inkl. Strom und Internet) beträgt 330 Euro. Es kann jedoch sein, dass der Mietpreis 10 Euro teurer wird, da der Anteil an den Energiekosten, die sich auf die Energiekosten vom letzten Jahr bezieht, steigen kann aufgrund der allgemein teureren Gaspreise.
