Gemeinschaftliche Haus-WG mit Garten sucht Mitbewohner*innen

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Krankenhaus Hietzing. Der Wienerwald liegt quasi vor der Haustür - in 10 Minuten ist man im Lainzer Tiergarten. Ins Zentrum braucht man öffentlich ca. eine halbe Stunde, mit dem Fahrrad auch :)
- Zur Straßenbahnlinie 62 (Richtung Kärntnerring/Oper = Zentrum) sind es ca. 2 Gehminuten
- Zur Linie 60 sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten (Richtung Hietzing/U4 bzw. Westbahnhof/U6)
- Bei der Schnellbahnlinie S80 ist man in ca. 5 Minuten (von dort 4 min. bis Meidling, 10 min. bis Hauptbahnhof) – ab 2027 sogar im 15-Minuten-Takt ;)

The house is situated in the neighborhood of the hospital Hietzing. The Viennese Forest is just around the corner - you can reach the "Lainzer Tiergarten" (a wonderful recreational area) within 10 minutes. It takes about half an hour to reach the center of Vienna - same for public transport as for bicycle :)
- Tram line 62 (direction Opera house = city center) - 2 min away
- Tram line 60 (direction Hietzing/underground U4 or Westbahnhof/underground U6) - in a 10 min distance
- rapid transit train line S80 (direction Meidling and Vienna main station) - in a 5 min distance, at 2027 every 15 minutes

WG-Leben

Wir sind Sophie, Corentin und Pilp und leben bis auf Corentin schon seit über einem Jahr zusammen. Es gibt ab Juli ebenfalls 2 weitere schöne Zimmer bei uns (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/8425256.html?ma=1 & https://www.wg-gesucht.de/9311024.html?ma=1). Gerade gibt es viel Veränderung und damit auch Raum für Neugestaltung. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du auch hier Verantwortung übernehmen möchtest und beispielsweise bereit bist, zusammen mit Pilp als zweite*r Hauptmieter*in im neuen Mietvertrag zu stehen. Mit dem Glück in einem eigenen Haus mit großem Garten zu leben, fallen immer wieder Arbeiten an, die über Haushaltstätigkeiten wie im Putzplan hinausgehen und freuen uns natürlich, wenn du auch dafür motiviert bist. Hunde und Katzen können aufgrund von Tierhaar-Allergie leider nicht bei uns einziehen. Wir legen Wert auf Gemeinschaft und Nachhaltigkeit, kochen gern, gehen dumpstern/Foodsharing, teilen Essen und sind bei einer CSA, machen gelegentlich Musik, Kunstkram, manchmal Sport, sind im Garten (inklusive Gemüseanbau), machen auch gern mal gemütliche Gartenparties (wenn gerade nicht Corona-Peak-Season ist), haben gern Gäste, sind teilweise (umwelt-, feministisch-, antifaschistisch und anders) aktivistisch unterwegs, legen Wert auf einen achtsamen Umgang und offene Kommunikation, teilen Arbeit möglichst gerecht und solidarisch, reden über Konflikte, unterstützen uns gegenseiteig, legen aber auch Wert auf Rückzugsraum, verreisen gelegentlich, oder sind einfach dem eigenen Leben beschäftigt. Wie's grade passt :) Weniger Lust haben wir auf Verschwörungstheorien, Mackertum, Rassismus und andere -ismen.

We are Sophie, Pilp and Corentin and besides Corentin we are alle living together for at least one year. From July there will be also 2 more beautiful free rooms in our house (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/8425256.html?ma=1 & https://www.wg-gesucht.de/9311024.html?ma=1). There is a lot of change now and we would be happy, if you also take some responisibilites for example beeing the new main tenant together with Pilp in the new rental contract. With the joy of living in an own house with garden there is also more work and responsibilities thain doing the cleaning plan, and we value, if you are motivated for that. Unfortunally dogs and cats cannot live with us because of an animal-hair allergie. We value community and sustainability, we like to cook and try to get most of our food from dumpstering, foodsharing, and from our own garden. There we also spend a lot of time in the warm season, and also occasionally have cosy garden parties (when it's not corona-peak-season). We like to have guests, we sometimes make music, art stuff, sport, and some of us are participating in ecological, feminist, antifascist and other forms of activism. We try to communicate openly, be aware and respectful and support each other in our learning processes, but also value room for ourselves, are occasionally travelling or just busy living our individual lives. There's room for everything :) We are dont like conspiracy theories, hegemonial masculinity, racism and other -isms.

Wir wünschen uns aktives Mitgestalten an unserem WG-Leben und Konsensfähigkeit bei Entscheidungen über allgemeine Themen, sowie das Zusammenleben betreffende Wünsche. Unser Mietvertrag wird im Juli für weitere 5 Jahre erneuert und wir würden uns auch freuen wenn du planst länger mit uns zu wohnen.

@ Ablöse: wir bestellen jährlich Holzpellets für Heizung und in der Ablöse dein Heizkosten für nächstes Jahr ist schon abgedeckt. Und der restliche Teil von der Ablöse ist dein Anteil für WG-Investitionen wir in vergangenem Jahr gemacht haben.

We are looking for an active member of our living community with the ability to have consent-driven decisions, regarding everyday issues as well as things that define the quality of the community. Our rent contract will be prolonged in July for 5 more years and we would be happy if you also plan to stay long term.


@ one-off payment: We order wood pellets for heating every year and your heating costs for next year are already covered in the fee. and the remaining part of the transfer fee is your share of the shared flat investments we made in the past year.
