The room is bright, sunny with balcony to the south side, there is a garden that can be used after consultation. The room has about 14m2 and is in good condition and wooden floor. The room in the 2nd WG can be rented for intermediate rental or furnished or unfurnished in the long term.
A determination for the sub-rent of the room or, in the long term, a takeover of the apartment would be conceivable.
Rental period is flexible, collection date after consultation but ideally mid-May.
