1 WG-Zimmer in gemütlicher 5er-Häuschen-WG am Wiener(*innen)Wald zu vergeben

Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Parkanlage, am Ende dieser beginnt der Wiener(*innen) Wald.
Die Straße ist die Neuwiesgasse.
Einen neuen Spar gibt es am Fuße des Hügels extra für uns, also ist die Einkaufsoption auch nicht mehr zu weit weg :)

Öffi-Stationen gibt es drei verschiedene Busverbindungen die direkt zum Bahnhof Hütteldorf fahren. Mit dem Rad ist die Innere Stadt passabel erreichbar - stadteinwärts etwa 45-50min, heimwärts etwas mehr zwecks der Steigung, die uns lanfristig topfit halten wird ;)
(Direkt neben dem Haupthaus ist quasi ein "Rad-Port". Also eine kleine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Räder etc.)

There is a park right in front of the house, at the end of which the Wiener(*innen) Wald begins.
The street is Neuwiesgasse.
There's a new Spar at the bottom of the hill just for us, so the shopping option isn't too far either :)

Public transport stations: there are three different bus connections that go directly to Hütteldorf train station. The inner city is reasonably accessible by bike - about 45-50 minutes into town, a little more on the way home because of the incline, which will keep us in top shape in the long term ;)
(Right next to the main house is a "bike port". So a small storage facility for bikes etc.)

Im Moment sind vier Menschen und ein Kater fix mit im Wohnprojekt dabei. Bis auf den Kater leben alle vegan und die Leute verstehen sich generell als antispe und auch eine queer-feministische Praxis ist uns wichtig.
Unser Wohnraum soll für uns auch ein Safe-Space sein und ein TIN-inklusiver Ort. Im Moment sind alle beteiligten Menschen weiß und wir wollen eine critical whitness/antirassistische Haltung leben.
Auch vieles zu diskutieren und zu besprechen und gemeinsam zu lernen soll möglich sein.

Wir wollen keine Zweck-Wg, es soll vieles gemeinschaftlich organisiert werden. Gelichzeitig ist es natürlich auch wichtig, dass alle genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten haben.
Vereinzelt kann es vorkommen, dass wir immer wieder Projektbezogen unterwegs sind, aber unsere generelle längerfristige Basis ist Wien und soll eben dieses Haus werden.
Tätig sind wir in verschiedenen Bereichen vom sozial Bereich, über Umweltschutz bis hin zur Forschung.
Wir sind (teilweise mehr, teilweise weniger) begeistere Spieler*innen, also falls du Lust auf gemeinsame Spieleabende hast, freuen sich manche von uns. Oder auch sonst gerne Mal ein Frühstück gemeinsam und füreinander da sein :)

Ach ja, wir haben auch Lust, handwerklich vieles selber am Haus nach unseren Wünschen und Vorstellungen zu gestalten (und haben das Gefühl, dass das mit dem Vermieter auch gut möglich ist).



ENGLISH:
At the moment four people and a cat are part of the house project. Except for the cat, everyone is vegan and the people generally see themselves as antispe and a queer-feminist practice is also important to us. Our living space should also be a safe space for us and a TIN-inclusive place. At the moment all people involved are white and we want to live a critical whitness/anti-racist attitude. There should also be room to discuss a lot and to learn together.

We don't want a purpose- flat, house-concerning-stuff should be organized jointly. At the same time, it is of course also important that everyone has enough opportunities to retreat.
Occasionally it can happen that some of us are on weekly travels, but our general long-term base is Vienna.
We are active in various areas from the social sector to environmental protection and research.
We are (some of us more, some less) enthusiastic gamers, so if you feel like playing game nights together, a few of us will be happy. Or if you would like to have an occasional breakfast together and be there for each other :)

Oh yes, we also feel like doing a lot of the work on the house ourselves according to our wishes and ideas (and have the feeling that this is also possible with the landlord).

Der Kater freut sich über Spielgefährt*innen (und menschliche Dosenöffner*innen), also falls du auch Lust hast, dich da mit einzubringen, wäre das besonders cool! :3
