(DE/ENG) ruhiges Innenhof WG-Zimmer mit Zugang zu Terrasse ab Mitte Mai/Anfang Juni :)

Die Anbindung ist super - in 5min ist man zu Fuß beim S-Bahnhof Penzing und die U4 Haltestelle Hietzing ist auch nur ca. 10min entfernt. :) Mit der S50 ist man in 2min beim Westbahnhof, mit der S45 kommt man flott Richtung Handelskai. Ebenso kommt man in ein paar Minuten zu den Straßenbahnen 52, 10 und 60.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 15min auf der Mariahilfer Straße und in ca. 20min in der Innenstadt.

Ein paar Meter weiter oben auf der Linzer Straße findet man auch Billa, Spar, Dm, Bipa, Bäcker und einige nette Cafes. Eine Station weiter mit der 52 ist auch ein Hofer.

ENG: The public transport connections are great - it's a 5min walk to the S-Bahn trainstation Penzing and the U4 tube station Hietzing is also only about 10min away. With the train S50 you're in 2min at the Westbahnhof and with the S45 it's a rather quick ride to Handelskai. By foot you'll also get to the tram stations 52, 10 and 60 in a few minutes. By bike you can get to Mariahilfer Straße in about 15min and into the inner city in about 20min.

At Linzer Straße (just around the corner basically) you'll find supermarkets (Bella, Spar), drugstores (Dm, Bipa), bakeries and a few nice cafes.

Kurz zu mir: ich bin Liz, 23 Jahre alt und aus Tirol. Nach meiner Ausbildung an der Fotoakademie in Graz möchte ich nun in Wien einen weiteren Lehrgang im Bereich Fotografie, Film und Mediengestaltung machen. Neben der Fotografie lese ich gern, treffe mich mit Freunden, besuche Ausstellungen und stöbere durch Vintage- und Plattenläden. Hin und wieder spiele ich auch E-Piano.

Ich wünsche mir eine angenehme Wg-Atmosphäre, wo man gerne Zeit miteinander verbringt (vl ab und zu miteinander etwas unternimmt), aber jede/r auch seinen Raum und Zeit für sich hat. In den Gemeinschaftsbereichen (Küche, Bad, Wc, Flur) ist mir Ordnung und Sauberkeit wichtig. :)

Bis Ende Mitte/Ende Juni wohnt auch noch Josi aus der vorigen Wg hier. Sie ist 27 Jahre alt und macht Tanzpädagogik.


ENG: My name is Liz, I'm 23 years old. I'm moving to Vienna for a diploma course in photography, film and media design. Besides taking lots of photos, I like reading, meeting friends, going to exhibitions, second hand shopping and playing the piano occasionally.

I'm looking for a pleasant atmosphere within our shared flat, where each person has their own space and time for themselves but we're also hanging out and maybe sometime's doing things together. It's important to me that our shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hallway) are being kept clean. :)

Josi, who was part of the previous shared flat will be living here until mid/end of June. She's 27 years old and doing dance pedagogy.

Wichtig zu wissen wäre, das es basically eine Wg Neugründung ist und du dann natürlich auch bei der Entscheidung für Josi's NachmieterIn mit einbezogen wirst. Außerdem fallen eventuell noch so Sachen an wie die Wände frisch ausmalen und ein paar Dinge ausmisten, aber darum kümmere ich mich so bald wie möglich.

Im Gang ist ein weiterer wirklich gigantischer Einbauschrank sowie eine Garderobe. 
Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne, das Klo ist separat am Gang. 
Über das Bad (mit neuer Waschmaschine) kommt man zum mittleren Zimmer. Die Küche hat einen Kühlschrank, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Gas Herd- und Ofenkombi. Mit mir wird auch eine Espressomaschine und eventuell eine Mikrowelle einziehen. :)

Ich ziehe selbst erst am 13. nach Wien, d.h. Besichtigungen / video calls können auch erst ab Mitte Mai stattfinden, das Zimmer ist aber schon frei und ab dann bezugsbereit. (deswegen auch die Screenshots der vorigen Anzeige vom Wc und Wohnungsplan, weil ich das letztens vergessen hab zu fotografieren...)


ENG: I'll be moving in myself on the 13th of May so viewings/video calls will be possible from mid May.

In the beginning there might be some stuff to do like painting walls and cleaning a few things out but I'll get to it as soon as possible. In case you'll move in you will obviously be included in the decision of who will be the new 3rd tenant after Josi leaves.
