We are looking for young University student (men or women) for an apartment-sharing community in the 14th district in Vienna.
The apartment is situated in a quiet street with good connections to public transportation. The apartment has a total of 90m² and has 3 rooms that can be entered separately. The room that is free has 22m². A fully equipped kitchen (cooking oven, microwave oven, washing-machine, dishwasher and a fridge) seating possibilities, other kitchen appliances, separate bathroom with a bath-tub and a separate toilet are available in the apartment. The rooms have parquet-floor and are partially furnished and equipped with cable TV and WiFi internet.
NON-SMOKERs are preferred.
International Students are also welcome

In walking distance within 2-3 minutes away is the Metro underground station U3 Hütteldorferstrasse as well as the tram numbers 49 and 10 and night-busses. There are a lot of shopping possibilities just around the corner (groceries: Billa and Merkur; bakeries open on Sunday Felber, Anker, Backwerk, as well as DM, Tschibo, Vögele, S-Oliver). Everything is within 5 minutes walking distance.

Die U-Bahn und eine Menge Shops liegen in direkter Umgebung. Die Gasse ist sehr ruhig und liegt abseits der sehr belebten Hütteldorfer Strasse!
Zum Studieren ist die Wohnung perfekt gelegen und das Zimmer ist hofseitig gelegen! Der Hof ist sehr begrünt und bietet angenehme Entlastung vom Alltags Stress! Die Nachbarn sind alle auch sehr ruhig und entspannt. Das Haus hat insgesamt 15 Parteien.
In der näheren Nachbarschaft gibt es auch 2-3 türkische Bäckereien, die auch am Sonntag offen haben und herrlich leckeres Gebäck verkaufen - sehr angenehm für Langschläfer sogar bis 12 Uhr Mittags am Sonntag, was in Wien schon etwas besonderes ist.

The subway and a lot of shops are in the immediate vicinity. The alley is very quiet and is away from the very busy Hütteldorfer Strasse!
The apartment is perfectly located for studying and the room faces the courtyard! The courtyard has a lot of plants and offers pleasant relief from everyday stress! The neighbors are all very calm and relaxed too. The house has a total of 15 apartments.
In the surrounding streets there are also 2-3 Turkish bakeries that are also open on Sundays and sell wonderfully delicious pastries - very pleasant for long sleepers ;-)) even until 12 pm on a Sunday, which is something special in Vienna as shops are all closed on Sundays.
