Das Zimmer ist ca. 8 m2 groß und im Obersten Stock unseres gemütlichen Wg-Hauses. Für den Monat würde ich meine eine Kommode ausräumen, sodass du genug Platz für dein Sachen hast. Ich habe coole Lichter für abends im Zimmer, die den Raum sehr gemütlich machen.
Ansonsten ist das Haus klein aber fein, mit einem gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer und einem schönen Großen Garten mit Terasse und Lagerfeuerstelle und einer ausgebauten Plattform, wo du trainieren kannst.

 The room is approximately 8 m2 in size and located on the top floor of our cozy shared house. For the month, I would clear out one of my dressers so you have enough space for your things. Otherwise, the house is small but nice, with a comfortable living room, a dining room, and a beautiful large garden with a terrace and a fire pit, as well as a converted platform where you can exercise.

Gelegen ist das Haus im 14. Bezirk am Wolfersberg. Man ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Radel richtig schnell in der Natur (z.B Lainzer Tiergarten) und hat ein bisschen Ruhe vom turbulenten Stadtleben, ist aber trotzdem super gut angebuden.  Mit Rad oder Bus braucht man in 9 min nis zur U- und S-bahn Station Hütteldorf und kommt dort mit der U4 schnell ins Stadtzentrum oder ist mit der S-50 in 10 min am Westbahnhof.   Spar, Hofer oder Billa sind alle gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Da ich mein Fahrrad nicht brauche, kannst du das gerne für den MOnat einfach mitbenutzen

The house is located at the Wolfersberg in the 14th district. Since it is not located in the city center, it is easy to escape the turbulant city life and enjoy long walks in th nature (Lainzer Tiergarten, Wolfersberg). Nevertheless the connection to public transport is really good. Within 9 min. bike- or Bus ride you can reach the Metro-and trainstaition Hütteldorf wich brings quickly brings you to th city center (U4) or Westbahnhof (S50 (10min)).   Spar, Billa or Hofer are also reachable on foot or by bike. Since I won't be using my bike you can use it to get around.

Du würdest mit meine ganz lieben Mitbewohner*innen zusammen wohnen. Das sind Sabi, Kayvan, Annika und Niklas. Sabi setzt sich für Tiere ein und hält Vorträge an Unis, Niklas hat immer wieder neue Ideen und Projekte für den Garten und ist unermütlich am Gemüsebeet planen, Kayvan oder auch K1 genannt, ist unser Professional Fitnesstrainer und Annika ist unser Gehirnspezialist und arbeitet auf der Neuro.
Das Wg-Leben ist sehr gemeinschaftlich. Wir kochen oft zusammen, spielen ab und zu oder schauen einen Film oder eine Serie auf dem Beamer im Wohnzimmer an oder sitzen mit Bier und Lagerfeuer im Garten zusammen. Alles kann, nichts muss. Ein harmonisches Zusammenleben ist uns allen in jedem Fall sehr wichtig.

You would be living with my very dear roommates. These are Sabi, Kayvan, Annika, and Niklas. Sabi advocates for animals and gives lectures at universities, Niklas always has new ideas and projects for the garden and tirelessly plans vegetable beds, Kayvan, also known as K1, is our professional fitness trainer, and Annika is our brain specialist working in neurology.
Our shared living environment is very communal. We often cook together, occasionally play games, watch a movie or series on the projector in the living room, or sit together with beer and a campfire in the garden. Everything is optional, nothing is mandatory. Harmonious coexistence is very important to all of us in any case.

Vom 15.Mai - Ende Juni ist mein Zimmer definitiv verfügbar.
Wenn du für den Juli was suchst, ließe sich darüber reden, weil ich reisen gehen will.

From May 15th to the end of June, my room is definitely available. If you're looking for something for July, we could discuss it because I plan to travel then.
