Dein Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3er WG im 2. Stock. Die voll möbliertes Wohnung ist insgesamt ca 90 m2 groß. Sie teilt sich auf in Vorzimmer, Abstellraum, Wohnzimmer, küche, 3 getrennt begehbare Zimmer, zwei WCs und ein Bad, großer Garten zur Mitbenutzung, und Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 qm groß und voll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr klein, aber auch sehr sehr fein! Das große Fenster bietet einen Blick in den grünen Garten. Das Zimmer liegt neben der schönen und ausgestatteten Küche.
Your room is almost 10 sqm and fully furnished. You have plenty of space in your closet and drawer set. The loft bed provides underneath a comfortable and functional place for work and lounge. It's a small room but at the same time a lovely and cozy corner! It has a big window with a beautiful view of the backyard with its lush green vegetation and fruit trees. The room is in a 3er WG on the second floor. The apartment is around 90 square meters and fully furnished. It consists of an entrance hall, storage room, living/dining room, kitchen, 3 separately accessible rooms, two toilets and a bathroom, a shared garden, and possibly a balcony in autumn.

Wir sind 3 Studenten studieren Kunst, Architektur, und Soziologie. Wir haben kein Interesse an einer Zweck-WG, weil es viel schöner ist, nach hause zu kommen und sich zeit mit gleichgesinnten menschen zu nehmen. Manchmal kochen wir zusammen und haben Spaß daran. Wir versammeln uns gern im Wohnzimmer oder in der Küche und relaxen bei Bier und Wein. Wir mögen auch das Kino sehr und freuen uns darauf, gemeinsam Filme in unserem winzigen Heimkino zu schauen. Wir sind keine Partytiger, aber langweilig sind wir auch nicht und laden ab und zu ein paar Freunde ein. Deine Freunde sind natürlich auch jederzeit willkommen. Der Garten ist übrigens sehr einladend und für Grillpartys geeignet. Das ist eine saubere und aufgeräumte Wohnung, wir bemühen uns, sie aufrecht zu erhalten. Wir suchen nicht nur einen/e neuen/e Mitbewohner/in sondern auch einen/e neuen/e Freund/in. Deswegen ist es uns auch sehr wichtig, dass du uns etwas über dich erzählst. Ich hoffe, du verstehst, dass wir aufgrund so vieler Anfragen nicht alle beantworten könnten.
We are three students studying art, architecture, and sociology. We are not interested in a purpose apartment (Zweck-WG) because it is much nicer to come home and spend time with like-minded people. We like to gather in the living room or in the kitchen and relax with beer and wine, sometimes cook together and have a chat along with new and traditional recipes. We also like the cinema a lot and look forward to watching movies together in our tiny home theater. We are not everyday-party guys, but we are also not boring and invite friends to come over sometimes; your friends are also welcomed at any time. By the way, the garden is very inviting and suitable for grill parties.
I hope you have already experience of living in a shared flat under your belt because here everybody is enjoying the cleanliness and order while they’re all taking part in house chores.
