Small but cozy room in green Penzing (14th) district to rent for periods of any length. The room is small, but its space is used very efficiently, so that there is enough place for books, clothes, working and sleeping. On the other hand, probably not very comfortable for tall or big people. Also not very much suited for people who move not so easily, since the bed is on a loft bed.
In another room, there is drier and washing machine. There is also dishwasher and oven in the kitchen.
Near U4, U3, 49 and 52 trams (nightline bus as well). You can reach the city using a variety of ways, depending on your exact destination. Generally, you need 20-25 minutes to get in the city center.
Shops (2x Hofer, 2x Billa, Lidl, Penny, Spar), gym, post, banks are all available on foot. Also, different restaurants (one pizzeria directly at the entrance) and bars are all available on foot.
The environment is very calm, quiet, green and peaceful.
Optimal for (exchange) students or interns on budget.
Rent: 240€ excluding operational costs. Operating costs would make up about an additional 80-100€ depending on consumption.
