Me and Helmut will have a room available at the end of April/beginning of May!
The room is 12qm and the apartment itself is in a pleasantly quiet area. The kitchen is fully equipped and of course there is a bathroom, toilet and storage room.
Overall, the apartment is almost 80 square meters.

Bei uns wird Ende April/Anfang Mai ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß und die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Gegend. Die Küche ist voll-ausgestattet und weiteres gibt es natürlich ein Badezimmer, Toilette und Abstellkammer.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung knappe 80qm groß.
The apartment is in a really very quiet area. On the balcony side, the apartment meets a HUGE
garden, which you can use yourself (if you go to the end of the garden, you even have a nice view over the south of the city! 😊)
The 51A bus runs in front of the house, which connects directly to the U4 Hitzing.
The U3 can be reached in a good 12-minute walk.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wirklich sehr angenehm ruhigen Gegend. Balkonseitig schaut die Wohnung in einen
riesigen Garten, welchen man selbst auch nutzen kann (wenn man an das Ende des Garten geht, hat man sogar eine schöne Aussicht über den Süden der Stadt! 😊)
Vor dem Haus fähr der 51A Bus, welcher direkt an die U4 Hitzing anschließt.
Die U3 ist mit gut 12min Fußweg erreichbar.

I (Andreas) like to play my guitar or chill in the garden. I'm studying multimedia with a focus on film and editing. Besides my studies I like to go skateboarding, philosophize about life and have a good time :)
Helmut comes from Venezuela and is a very pleasant, quiet fellow, he loves to play music and is a very talented young film-director and actor.
Friends are allways welcome to come over.
We also have 2 cats that live here. Nori loves a good cuddle and Jeremy is will glady hunt a string or a lightdot from a laserpointer.

Wichtig ist uns ein respektvoller und gelassener Umgang zueinander, was sich auch in im Bereich Sauberkeit wiederspielgeln soll.
Ich (Andreas) chille gerne in meinem Zimmer wo ich arbeite oder einfach Filme schaue. Studieren tu ich Multimedia mit Fokus auf Film & Schnitt. Neben meinem Studium geh ich gern Skateboardfahren, philosophiere übers Leben und mach mir eine gute Zeit :)
Helmut kommt aus Venezuela und ist ein sehr angenehmer ruhiger Zeitgenosse. Er spielt wahnsinnig gerne Schlagzeug und ist ein talentierter junger Regisseur und Schauspieler.

Wir haben auch 2 Katzen gibt die hier leben. Nori liebt es zu kuscheln und Jeremy jagt Schnüren oder einen Lichtpunkt von einem Laserpointer nach ;)
