Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, und bei 24 m2 ist auf jeden Fall genug Platz da, um es sich genau so einzurichten, wie man es will.
Durch zwei große Fenster scheint morgens die Sonne aufs Bett und den Schreibtisch (gibt aber natürlich auch Jalousien, falls man das nicht mag).

Die Wohnung liegt im 14, Bezirk, ganz an der Grenze zum 13. Bezirk. Neben der U4 (7min) gibt es auch noch die Straßenbahn 52 (4min) und eine S-Bahnverbindung am Bahnhof Penzing (5min).
Zu Fuß kommt man unter anderem auch gut in den Schlosspark Schönbrunn. Weiters gibt es eine Hausärztin und einen Zahnarzt gleich ums Eck und auch an Lebensmittelläden mangelt es nicht (2 Billa und 1 Hofer in unmittelbarer Nähe).

Die Mitbewohner sind alle ganz lieb und gemütlich drauf:
Der Michi studiert Mathe und ist damit ganz gut beschäftigt, sagt aber auch zum gelegentlichen Gute-Nacht-Bier nicht nein.
Der Basti studiert auch irgendwas auf der Hauptuni, was genau hab ich aber grad vergessen.
Der Martin studiert mittlerweile nicht mehr, war aber ursprünglich an der WU und ist jetzt berufstätig.
