The flat (100m2) is in an old apartment building with high ceilings and big windows, therefore being very bright. It is located on Missindorfstraße 33, in 14th district with a good connection to public transport (1min walk to S-Bahn, 5min to U3 station, 20min all together to the city center). Billa, Hofer, dm, Bipa, all within the 5min walking distance.
The room for rent is a corner room, around 20m2, with a beautiful view on the neighbouring park. The room it not furnished and can be reached through the living room. The bathroom and kitchen are on the other hand completely furnished, including washing machine and dishwasher.
We are a young couple from Slovenia, both currently studying visual art at die Angewandte and have a middle-sized dog Rumi. When we are not at uni, we spend most of our free time outside, cycling or hiking. Therefore we like our calm and cozy time at home, but also enjoy evening drink in company.
