Wir suchen zur Zwischenmiete eine*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere Haus-WG ab dem 1.1.2024 bis 30.April 2024 in Hütteldorf. Das Zimmer hat 13 qm und ist möbliert. Es befindet sich im Dachgeschoss.
Miete und NK sind zusammen 440€/Monat, für alles weitere haben wir eine vegan/vegetarische Gemeinschaftskasse (ca. 100€/Person/Monat, je nachdem wie viel du da bist).

We're looking for one roommate* for sublease from january 1st until end of april in our shared non-smoking house in Hütteldorf. The bright, southsided room is under the roof with sloping roof and with furniture. The size is 13 qm.
Rent and extra expenses are in total 440€ per month, for food and additional household expenses we have a community cash box (ca. 100€ per Person/Month, depending on how much you are at home and your financial situation)

Der U4 - Bhf Hütteldorf ist 12 Minuten mit dem Bus (2 Min Fussweg) entfernt, zum Karlsplatz dauert es 45 Minuten mit den Öffis, mit dem Rad ein bisschen länger, dafür ist mensch in 5 Minuten im Wienerwald

There is a bus that takes you to u4 Hütteldorf Metro-Station in about 10 minutes. To get to Karlsplatz it takes you about 40 minutes, with the bike a bit longer but you also can reach the forest in 5min by foot.
Unsere WG besteht aus 6 Menschen, die sich insgesamt ca. 155m² Wohnfläche und einen riesigen Garten teilen.
Wir sind zwischen 23 und 43 Jahre alt, studieren und arbeiten. Wir versuchen, gemeinschaftlich organisiert zu leben, kochen füreinander, garteln, machen Musik, genießen aber auch die Ruhe und den Rückzug und vor allem im Sommer unseren schönen Garten und den nahe gelegenen Wienerwald.

We are 5 grown ups, who like to live commonly organized on about 155m² and a big garden. We are between 23 and 45 years old, some of us study, others work. We like to spend time together, cook for one another, do a bit gardening, play music sometimes, but also enjoy the calm and retreat, the big and beautiful garden and the nearby forest.
Wir wünschen uns Personen mit einer queerfeministischen Grundeinstellung, die Lust haben, sich aktiv im Haus/Garten einzubringen. Bei uns wohnt auch eine Katze - Hunde und weitere Katzen sind leider nicht möglich, weil unsere Katze sich nicht mit ihnen verträgt .
Im Haus wird nicht geraucht, dafür gibt's im Garten eine gemütliche überdachte Rauch-Ecke mit Couch.

We're looking for someone with a queerfeminist mindset, who is interested in community living. There is a big garden and we have a cat (who unfortunately doesn´t get along with other cats or dogs). It is a non-smoking house. Smoking only outside, there is a couch under the rooftop.
