I'm moving out of my apartment because I'm moving together with my girlfriend – and so my room will be in a newly renovated attic apartment in 15th. District free. A special highlight is the 15sqm roof terrace with stunning views over the city.
To the room & apartment
• The room is approx. 12sqm large and is transferred unfurnished
• The apartment is located in 5. Stock (wall floor) – there is no lift (!), but you get used to it
Rental price & acquisition
• Rent is 571€ all-in
• If you want to take over the apartment completely in the long term (which is the goal), a one-time ticket of 600€ is required. This includes:
• washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen inventory, artificial grass on the terrace etc. (an exact list we can go through together)
• After that, the rent is fixed at 550€ in the rental contract and you can stay in the apartment as long as you want

• Das Zimmer ist ca. 12qm groß und wird unmöbliert übergeben
• Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock (Dachgeschoss) – es gibt keinen Lift (!), aber man gewöhnt sich daran
Mietpreis & Übernahme
• Die Miete beträgt 571€ all-in
• Falls du die Wohnung langfristig komplett übernehmen möchtest (was das Ziel ist), fällt eine einmalige Ablöse von 600€ an. Diese umfasst:
• Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kücheninventar, Kunstrasen auf der Terrasse usw. (eine genaue Liste können wir gerne gemeinsam durchgehen)
• Danach wird die Miete fix mit 550€ im Mietvertrag festgehalten, und du kannst so lange in der Wohnung bleiben, wie du möchtest

On foot you can reach the Westbahnhof in 10 minutes, the U6 Gumpendorferstraße in 6 minutes and the U4 Längenfeldgasse in 11 minutes
Schönbrunn Palace and the Auer-Welsbach-Park are also in close proximity and are suitable for visits
