Hello there! We are looking for a flatmate in 1150 from the beginning of february to end of april, with possibility of moving in earlier or staying a little bit longer. ✨
The room will cost 400, everything is included and it is 15,30 sqmeters. I am charging less than the usual cost, because some of my things will stay in the room. The room is furnished with bed, desk, comfy chair, wardrobe, bookshelf, plants and music system. We can discuss what of my things you need or want in the room. Of course there will be enough space for your clothes, books and anything else you need storage. There is a deposit of 750€, but if that is difficult for you we can talk about it. You can write us if you want to see more pictures of the flat or the room.
We are close to u3 Johnstrasse, which will take you to the city center in 10 minutes. It’s a quiet area but we’re on the ground floor. There are Hofer, Bipa, Billa, a local market and bars very close by.
The flat has 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a huge communal area (kitchen + dining space + living room). Additionally we are using the inner courtyard as our terrace.
In addition to rent, we pay about 100€ each/ month to share the costs of food, and cleaning products. We have regular plenaries and we try, despite obstacles and very diverse daily routines, to live as collectively as possible.
We try to live according to anti-sexist and anti-racist principles.
We have a very big living room and love to have visitors. Above us, there is another flat with very lovely people. We speak often in English. And we are super close to the metro station.
