Der Wohnraum beträgt insgesamt ca 24m², ist jedoch , wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich, in zwei von einander getrennte Räume unterteilt, wobei der Größere eine Größe von ca 16m² hat. Da das Zimmer zum Hof gelegen ist, ist es eher ruhig und man bekommt nichts vom Straßenlärm mit. Die Wohnung ist auch insgesamt groß und hell mit einer geräumigen Wohnküche und einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Das Bad ist ein Durchgangsbad, aber das war bisher noch nie ein Problem.
Theoretisch ist das Zimmer auch schon ab dem 18.07. frei und könne untervermietet werden.
The room is approx. 24m², but, as seen in the pictures, consists of two separate rooms, the bigger one being approx. 16 m². Since the room is court-sided, it is rather quiet and you can hardly hear any traffic noise. The whole flat is spacious and bright with a big kitchen and a cozy living room.
The bathroom is a walk-though room, but that has never been a problem so far :)
Gute Lage - top Öffi-Anbindung! 2 - 4 Minuten Gehweg bis zur U3 - Johnstraße, 49-er Bim, Busse 10A und 12A. Diverse Supermarktketten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, auch nette Bars und Restaurants hat es in der Nähe.

Du teilst die Wohnung mit vier liebenswerten und netten Mitbewohnerinnen: Verena (Lehrerin, aktives Foodcoop-Mitglied), Herbie (studiert Archäologie, schneidert historische Kleidung), Pierre (Master in Umweltwissenschaften, sportlich und lieb),
Mel (Art Director, aktiv und sehr künstlerisch)
Das Herzstück unserer Wohnung ist die Küche: hier wird am großen Küchentisch geplaudert, über Gott und die Welt philosophiert, über Nachhaltigkeit und Liebe diskutiert, Rotwein getrunken, Zukunftspläne geschmiedet, geraucht, am Laptop gearbeitet, gekocht (oft vegan), Musik gehört und das Leben genossen. Oft mit Freunden und unseren netten Nachbar:innen aus dem Haus. Wenn wir nicht in der Küche sind, findet man manche von uns meistens irgendwo draußen im Park, beim Musik machen, beim Gartln in der Foodcoop oder auf einem Festival. Selten im Fitnessstudio, aber passiert auch – hier ist nichts unmöglich.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr unkompliziert und freundschaftlich/familiär. Die"wilde Party-Phase" haben wir alle schon hinter uns und genießen ein gemütliches Zusammenleben. Trotzdem gehen wir gerne mal gemeinsam feiern, schmeißen die eine oder andere WG-Party oder sitzen lange Nächte beisammen. Wenn wir eine Party schmeißen aber, dann haut’s hin.
Jeder mit einem offenen, gemütlichen und unkomplizierten Wesen ist herzlich bei uns willkommen!

You share the apartment with four lovable and nice roommates: Verena (teacher, active foodcoop member), Herbie (studies archaeology, tailors historical clothing), Pierre (master's degree in environmental sciences, sporty and kind),
Mel (Art Director, active and very artistic)
The heart of our apartment is the kitchen with a big kitchen table. There we talk, philosophize about anything and everything, discuss about sustainability and love, drink red wine, work on the laptop, cook (often vegan), make plans about the future, smoke, listen to music and are enjoying live. Often with friends and our nice neighbors from the house. When we're not in the kitchen, some of us can usually be found somewhere outside in the park, making music, gardening at the foodcoop or at a festival. Rarely in the gym, but also happens - here nothing is impossible.
We live together in a very friendly and familiar way. We all left the "wild party years" behind us and are enjoying a comfortable live together. Nevertheless, we sometimes also like to party together or sit together all night long.
However, when we do throw a house party it‘s epic. Everyone with an open mind and easy-going character is very welcome :)
