is bright, minimalistic, eclectic decorated and impresses with its high ceilings as well as its original heringbone floor and spaciousness. The comfortable queen bed guarantees you dreamy nights. Your room also includes enough space to store your things. Basics like sheets, linen, towels and WI-FI are all accessible to you and included in the monthly rent
THE FLAT
The apartment is 124 m2. It offers all the comforts for a relaxing, inspirational as well as adventurous stay. The entrance leads directly into the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, to the fully equipped kitchen with cooking and seating possibilities.

Die Unterkunft
DEIN ZIMMER
Dein Zimmer ist sehr hell, minimalistisch, eklektisch eingerichtet und besticht zudem durch seine hohen Decken und dem schönen originalen Fischgrätparkett.
Zudem gibt es Wi-Fi, einen offenen Schrank zum Verstauen deiner Dinge, sowie Basics wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher sind vorhanden.
DIE WOHNUNG
Der Vorraum führt rechts in das Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, ein separates WC und die Küche mit Koch- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Von dort kommt man direkt auch rechts in dein Zimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer, neben der Küche links, Badezimmer, WC und die Küche wird mit deinen Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Der Keller bietet eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde von uns liebevoll renoviert und ein Großteil der Einrichtung besteht aus upgecycleten Eigenkreationen.
In den anderen beiden Schlafzimmern wohnen zur Zeit Zwischenmieter (dh. bald werden auch da neue BewohnerInnen einziehen). Beide auch sehr nett, die dich gerne kennenlernen würden und dir die Wohnung zeigen.
Wir freuen uns auf reinliche, tolerante, abenteuerlustige, respektvolle und kreative Köpfe!
Die Wohning ist in Wien im sehr zentral gelegenen, lebendigen 15. Wiener Bezirk.
Dein Zimmer befindet sich nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt...

* sämtliche Selbstversorger quasi direkt vor der Haustüre (Supermärkte/Discounter/BIO, Drogerien, Bäckereien, Trafiken, Apotheken sowie Post)

* 2 Tram Stationen zum Westbahnhof
* 2 Tram Stationen zur Mariahilfersraße – die größte Einkaufsstraße in Wien neben der Kärntner Straße. In den Nebenstraßen befinden sich kleinere, unabhänige Shops und süße Kaffees

* 5 U-bahnstationen zum Karlsplatz, sowie zum Naschmarkt mit unzähligen Restaurants, Kaffees, als auch kleinen kreativen Shops, Boutiquen, Museen etc. (der größte und bekannteste Markt in Wien)
