Ich vermiete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von Ende Februar 2024 bis Ende Juni 2024, genaue Daten können wir uns ja noch privat ausmachen. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, möbliert, ich werde dir alle meine Sachen ausräumen damit du dich einige Monate hier wohlfühlen kannst! Für mehr Fotos gerne fragen!:)
Das Zimmer liegt ganz nah am Urban Loritz Platz. Man ist sofort im 7. Bezirk und an die U6 (4 Gehminuten), U3 (8 Gehminuten) und an jegliche Straßenbahnen angeschlossen. Fitnessstudio, Westbahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch alle ein paar Minütchen entfernt!
Meine liebe Mitbewohnerin Sabrina mit der du dann einige Monate Zeit wohnen darfst, ist sehr respektvoll, putzaffin und liebevoll. Sie wünscht sich von dir, dass du genauso bist und, dass euer Zusammenleben keine Zweck WG wird! Sie kennt die besten Kaffee Spots in ganz Wien und liebt es im kommenden Sommer an der Donau zu chillen. Sie passt auch 2 mal die Woche auf einen Labrador auf, ich hoffe, dass dich das nicht stört!

Hey you!
I'm subletting my flat from the end of february 2024 until the end of june 2024. We can still talk about the exact dates! The room is pretty huge: my furniture is gonna stay there, but I'm gonna pack all my belongings into boxes so you have space to make yourself compfy. For more pictures of the room, just ask!:)
The room is located super central at the Urban Loritz Platz. Close to the 7th district, only 4 minutes from U6, 8 minutes from U3 and there are plenty of trams going into the city. A Gym, the Westbahnhof and a lot of shops to get groceries are pretty close by as well.
You would live with my dearest roomate, Sabrina, she's super respectful, clean and just lovely. And she hopes that you're the same and that you two are not living around each other but with each other!;) She knows the best coffee spots and cool bars in Vienna and in summertime she loves hanging out at the danube! She's also dogsitting a labrador twice a week, so you shouldn't be afraid of dogs!!
