Unsere WG löst sich zum Teil auf, weil ein Mitbewohner mit seiner Freundin zusammenzieht und der zweite ins Ausland geht. Deshalb werden in unserer gemütlichen, zentralen Wohnung 2 Zimmer frei (das andere Zimmer ist auch schon inseriert). Franz ist derjenige von uns, der in der Wohnung bleiben wird. Er ist 37 Jahre alt, sehr unkompliziert und eine sehr politische Person. In seiner Brust schlägt ein sozialistisches Herz.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort zu mieten. Es ist unmöbliert und kommt auf 475€ warm inklusive Internet
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und dank seiner zwei großen Fenster auch im Winter sehr hell. Es hat einen sehr schönen Holzboden - wie die anderen Zimmer auch.
Ähnlich großes Zimmer daneben wird ab April frei (für Freund:innen) und kann zum selben Preis und Zeitraum dazu gemietet werden.
.) Es gibt ein zusätzliches viertes kleineres Zimmer, das wir als Gemeinschaftsraum für gemeinsames Essen und Abende verwendet haben. Es hat sich auch immer sehr gut als Gästezimmer gemacht

In our shared apartment two rooms will become available because one roommate is moving in with his girlfriend and the second is going abroad.
The room is available to rent immediately. It is unfurnished and costs €475 warm including internet
The room is very spacious and very bright even in winter thanks to its two large windows. It has a very nice wooden floor - like the other rooms.
A similarly large room next door will be available from April (for friends) and can be rented for the same price and period.
.) There is an additional fourth smaller room that we used as a common room for meals and evenings together. It has always worked very well as a guest room too
