Our overall 165m² house has a rooftop terrace (approx. 10m²) and a cozy living room. There are 2 bathrooms (one of which is only usable during the day as it is behind my bedroom) and 1 toilet, which is shared by 2 people. Furthermore, the apartment has an extra storage room and overall offers a lot of storage space. All rooms are furnished. :)
Those who like to ride bicycles can simply leave their bike in the hallway under the stairs.
Your future room is 20 square meters in size for a total cost of 499€. Due to windows on both sides, it gets very good light. It is spatially well separated from the rest of the apartment. The room has a large real wood wardrobe, a bed, a desk, a sofa, and an armchair. (Everything you can see on the pictures stays in the room). However, if you don't like something about the furniture, you can of course change that. On the floor plan, it is labeled as "Zimmer1".
The apartment offers a quiet location in a side street while still being centrally connected. Just a few minutes' walk away is the U6 metro, providing fast access to the Vienna city center.
For university cyclists: You can reach the university in just 15 minutes. If you prefer a more comfortable journey, take the U6 and you'll be there in 25 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for daily life. Supermarkets and smaller shops are within 2-5 minutes walking distance.
In less than 10 minutes, you can also reach Interspar or the Westbahnhof (by train).
Bus lines (57A, N8, N60), trams (6, 18) as well as the U6 and U4 subway lines are accessible from the apartment.

I am originally from Hamburg and only moved to Vienna a few month ago from Amsterdam. Friends would describe me as a kind, open-minded, and easygoing person.
I once studied computer science, but switched to professional online poker many years ago due to my love for (strategy) games. Aside from board games, I also enjoy playing table tennis, VR sports games, or trying out new recipes together. Since I can choose my working hours freely, I would describe my daily routine as very student-like.

Hey, I'm from Lower Austria, near Mödling and I just started an apprenticeship to become a landscape gardener this january.
I play the piano and love doing creative things (art, crafting, etc). Other than that I like watching series (especially animation), listening to podcasts, doing puzzles and of course inviting friends over for a relaxed game or movie night ^^
I'm always happy to try out new stuff as well :))

You should definitely not be looking for a place just to have a room. We would love it if you were keen to do things together sometimes. For example, game nights, going out together, or just chilling in the evening with a glass of wine.^^ We should also be able to have a party or two here since it's a residential building. However, you shouldn't be looking for a WG where there's a party every day either. And of course, you should also allow your roommates their space when they need it.
Cleaning should also not be an alien concept to you.
Moreover, despite the large apartment, there is definitely no room for racism, sexism, etc. 😁
The price covers everything, so you don't have to worry about additional heating costs etc. there will be no back payments or anything like that.
