Willkommen im Baumhaus! Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen. Im ersten Stock gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und im zweiten 2. Das freie Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, so dass es sehr hell ist. Das Zimmer hat einen Abstellraum unter der Treppe der Wohnung, was superpraktisch ist. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Unsere Wohnung hat eine geräumige Wohnküche im oberen Stockwerk, wo wir uns treffen und Zeit miteinander verbringen. Es ist durch die vielen Fenster ein sehr heller Raum und von dort aus können wir auf die Terrassen gehen.
Wir haben auf jeder Etage ein Badezimmer (WC+Dusche), somit ist immer was frei :-)

Welcome to the tree house! The apartment has two floors. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 on the second. The spare room is on the second floor and faces south, so it is very bright. The room has a storage room under the stairs of the apartment, which is super convenient. The room is rented unfurnished.
Our apartment has a spacious eat-in kitchen on the upper floor, where we meet and spend time together. It's a very bright room thanks to the many windows and we can go out onto the terraces from there.
We have a bathroom (WC+shower) on each floor, so there is always something free :-)
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß (8-10 Minuten) von 3 U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt, nämlich Gumpendorfer Straße und Längenfeldgasse (U4) und Westbahnhof. Es gibt auch eine Straßenbahn und Busbahnhof in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und befindet sich in der Nähe eines Parks und eines kleinen Platzes. In der Nähe gibt es eine Vielzahl von kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe zu erreichen.

The flat is in walking distance ( 8-10 minutes) From 3 metro stations namely Gumpendorfer Straße and Längenfeldgasse and Westbahnhof. There is also a tram and bus station in 2 minutes walking distance.
The area is a quite and is located near a park and a small plaza. There is a Variety of small shops nearby and restaurants. Groceries are very near to reach.
Unsere WG ist gemischt mit Studenten und Teilzeitarbeitern. Deine super netten Mitbewohner wären Seraina 30 aus der Schweiz, die in der Filmbranche arbeitet, Klara 22, die Philosophie und Politikwissenschaften studiert, Markos 27 aus Griechenland, der Architektur studiert, Peter 30, der Politikwissenschaften studiert hat und nebenbei Hypertrash-DJ ist. Alle sind locker und die Atmosphäre ist entspannt. Manchmal lernen wir zusammen in der Wohnküche, dem Herzstück der Wohnung, wo wir Kaffee trinken und unsere Stimmung teilen. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, aber wir erzwingen nichts, das Beisammensein kommt von selbst. Manchmal gehen wir zusammen in eine Bar im Viertel oder zum Gürtel usw. Die Gegend ist nicht so überlaufen wie das Stadtzentrum, aber trotzdem voll mit Bars und Galerien und dem Quell als eines der legendärsten Wirtshäuser Wiens. Im Sommer verbringen wir gerne Zeit auf der Terrasse, schauen uns Filme an und hängen mit Freunden ab.

Our WG is mixed with students and part time working people. Your super nice flatmates would be Seraina 30 from Switzerland, working in the film industry, Klara 22 studying philosophy and political science , Markos 27 from greece studying architecture, Peter 30, has studied political science and is part-time hypertrash-DJ. Everyone is easygoing and the atmosphere is chilled. We sometimes study/wroking together in the kitchen-livigroom, for sure its the heart of the appartement where we share coffee and moods. We like to spend time together but not force anything, the get-together comes naturally. Sometimes we go tho a bar togheter in the disctrict or go to the gürtel etc. The area is not too crowded like the city centre, but is still packed with bars and galleries and the Quell as one of viennas most legendary wirtshaus. In the summer we like to spend time on the terrace and watch films and in general hang out with friends.
Wir sind ziemlich offen, tolerieren aber Sexismus und Rassismus wollen wir hier nicht haben.
Wir haben gleichzeitig auch ein paar Zwischenmieten online, also nicht verwirren lassen! ;-)
