Das Zimmer ist 11m² groß und ist in einer Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken. Es hat zwei große Fenster und ist voll möbliert: der Schreibtisch inklusive zweitem Bildschirm ist höhenverstellbar, es gibt einen Beamer und das Bett ist 140x200. Gerne mache ich dir Platz im Schrank und der Kommode, damit du dich wie zu Hause fühlen kannst! :)
Im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer stehen ein Esstisch und zwei Sofas. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Klo und und ein zweites seperates Klo.
Aufgrund der Lage im Erdgeschoss, ist das Zimmer und die Wohnung im Sommer angenehm kühl. Sollte es einen doch nach draußen ziehen, führt eine Tür unserer Wohnung direkt in den Innenhof des Hauses wo wir einen Tisch und eine Bank stehen haben. Im Innenhof kann man auch gut ein Fahrrad sicher abstellen.
Die Miete mit 380€ inkludiert die Nebenkosten inklusive Wlan

The room is 11m² in size and has high ceilings. It has two large windows and is fully furnished: the desk, including a second monitor, is height-adjustable, there's a projector, and the bed is 140x200. I'm happy to make space for you in the wardrobe and dresser so you can feel at home! :)
In the shared living room, there's a dining table and two sofas. There's a bathroom with a toilet and a second separate toilet.
Due to its location on the ground floor, the room and apartment stay pleasantly cool in the summer. If you feel like going outside, a door from our apartment leads directly to the yard of the building where we have a table and a bench. You can also securely store a bike in the courtyard.
The rent of €380 includes utilities and WiFi.
Die WG hat eine ruhige Lage an einer Fahrradstraße. Die U3 (Station Johnstraße) ist zirka 3 Gehminuten entfernt und bringt dich in wenigen Minuten in die Mariahilfer Straße, zum Westbahnhof, zum Museumsquartier oder bis ganz in den ersten Bezirk. Auch die Straßbahnlinien 49, 9, 52, 60 und 10, sowie die Busse 10A und 12A sind von der Wohnung aus leicht erreichbar. In der Nähe befindet sich der Meiselmarkt, und viele weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Hofer, Lidl, Spar, Billa).

The flatshare is located in a quiet area on a bicycle street. The U3 subway line (station Johnstraße) is just a 3 minute walk away and takes you within minutes to Mariahilfer Straße, the Westbahnhof, the Museumsquartier, or all the way to the first district. Additionally, tram lines 49, 9, 52, 60, and 10, as well as buses 10A and 12A, are easily accessible from the apartment. Nearby, you'll find the Meiselmarkt and many other grocery stores (Hofer, Lidl, Spar, Billa).
In deiner Zeit bei uns in der Wohnung würdest du mit Selina und Adam zusammen wohnen. Selina studiert an der BOKU, Adam macht gerade seinen PhD in Chemie. Sie sind beide offene, aufgeschlossene und sehr liebe Menschen. Wenn unser Alltag es erlaubt, verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander, das ist aber kein Muss.
Uns ist vor allem wichtig, dass du du ordentlich und respektvoll mit den gemeinsamen Wohnräumen bist!

During your time with us in the apartment, you would be living with Selina and Adam. Selina is studying at BOKU, while Adam is currently pursuing his PhD in Chemistry. They are both very open, friendly, and kind individuals. If our schedules allow, we enjoy spending time together, but it's not a requirement.
Most importantly, we value that you are tidy and respectful of our shared living spaces!
Das Zimmer steht zur Zwischenmiete von 08. Juni bis 11. August zur Verfügung. Falls der Zeitraum nicht genau passen sollte (+/- einige Tage), können wir auch noch gerne darüber reden!
