DE: Für mein Zimmer im Herzen von Wien suche ich eine:n neue:n Bewohner:in! Durch die beiden Dachfenster hat das Zimmer viel Tageslicht und ist durch die lichtdichten Rollos auch zum Schlafen perfekt. Das Zimmer kommt teilmöbliert mit einem gemütlichen, geräumigen Schreibtisch, einem bequemen Stuhl und praktischen Kleiderstangen. Als Bonus bietet das Haus zwei sonnige Dachterrassen, die allen Bewohnern zur Verfügung stehen. Die restlichen Bewohner sind alle recht jung und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Whatsapp-Gruppe zum Austausch.
EN: I'm looking for a new resident for my room in the heart of Vienna! Thanks to its two skylights, the room gets plenty of natural light, and with the blackout blinds, it's perfect for sleeping. The room comes partially furnished with a cozy, spacious desk, a comfortable chair, and practical clothing racks. As a bonus, the house has two sunny rooftop terraces that are available to all residents. The other residents are all quite young and helpful. There's a shared WhatsApp group for communication.
IT: Sto cercando un nuovo coinquilino per la mia stanza nel cuore di Vienna! Grazie alle due finestre sul tetto, la stanza riceve molta luce naturale ed è perfetta anche per dormire grazie alle tende oscuranti. La stanza è parzialmente arredata con una scrivania accogliente e spaziosa, una sedia comoda e pratiche grucce per i vestiti. Come bonus, la casa dispone di due terrazze soleggiate sul tetto che sono a disposizione di tutti gli abitanti. Gli altri coinquilini sono tutti giovani e disponibili. C'è un gruppo WhatsApp condiviso per comunicare.

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar - nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Westbahnhof entfernt und mit ausgezeichneter Anbindung an die U-Bahnlinien U6, U4 und U3, die alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Sobald du die Seitengasse verlässt, bist du direkt in einer lebendigen Umgebung, mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés. Hier ein paar Favourites: Tesla (Pizza), Gota (Café mit eigener Rösterei und Frühstück), Let's be Frank (österreichischen Küche mit vielen veganen Optionen) und Travel Shack (Studentenbar).
